【摘要】：目的:通過對百余年名老中醫(yī)診療肺脹文獻的研究,探究名老中醫(yī)對肺脹病因病機的認識,以期為完善肺脹病因病機及證素規(guī)律理論提供依據。方法:在已建立的《現代名老中醫(yī)肺病數據庫》和《期刊中醫(yī)肺病數據庫》基礎上,提取肺脹相關數據建立《現代名老中醫(yī)診治肺脹文獻研究數據庫》,利用SPSS22.0軟件進行統計分析。結果:肺脹病因較常見的有痰邪、久病等。常見病機為氣虛、痰熱蘊肺等。共提取出20個證素,其中病性證素以痰、熱、氣虛較為常見。病位證素主要為肺,多涉及他臟。證素組合形式以兩證素和三證素組合較多見。兩病性+單一靶點的證素組合類型以痰+熱+肺、痰+濕+肺等較常見。結論:現代名老中醫(yī)對肺脹病因病機的認識與目前教材、專著論述基本一致,其個性部分見解獨到,為豐富現有理論提供了依據。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the etiology and pathogenesis of lung distension by studying the literature of diagnosis and treatment of lung distension by famous old Chinese medicine for more than one hundred years, in order to provide the basis for perfecting the theory of etiology and pathogenesis of lung distension and the rule of syndromes. Methods: on the basis of the established Database of Lung Diseases of Modern and Old Chinese Medicine and the Database of Pulmonary Diseases of Chinese Medicine periodicals, The relevant data of lung distension were extracted to establish the database of literature on diagnosis and treatment of lung distension in modern famous old Chinese medicine. SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results: the common etiology of lung distension is phlegm pathogen, long illness and so on. Common disease for qi deficiency, phlegm heat accumulation lung and so on. A total of 20 syndromes were extracted, of which phlegm, heat and qi deficiency were common. The disease site syndrome element is mainly lung, more involved in his dirty. The combination of two syndromes and three syndromes is more common. The syndromes of two single targets are phlegm heat lung phlegm dampness lung and so on. Conclusion: the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of lung distension in modern famous Chinese medicine is basically the same as that in textbooks and monographs, and some of its individual opinions are unique, which provides the basis for enriching the existing theories.
