【摘要】：目的：觀察段渠副研究員中醫(yī)治療黃褐斑的臨床療效,總結(jié)其治療黃褐斑的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。方法：采用單個(gè)黃褐斑求美者療效跟蹤記錄的方式,對2014年10月—2015年10月就診于成都中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院美容科,經(jīng)段渠副研究員診治的黃褐斑求美者共62例(失訪2例),進(jìn)行皮損大小、顏色的觀察,并進(jìn)行療效評分及分析。結(jié)果：治療一個(gè)療程后,觀察60例黃褐斑求美者的總有效率為86.7%,基本治愈率為12.9%。肝郁氣滯證25例,基本治愈3例,顯效5例,好轉(zhuǎn)12例,無效5例,總有效率為80.0%；腎陰不足證14例,基本治愈1例,顯效3例,好轉(zhuǎn)9例,無效1例,總有效率為92.9%；脾虛濕阻證21例,基本治愈4例,顯效9例,好轉(zhuǎn)6例,無效2例,總有效率為90.5%。結(jié)論：該療法關(guān)注誘發(fā)黃褐斑的內(nèi)在病因,在中醫(yī)辯證求本分析病因病機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上深度治療,同時(shí)兼顧采用中醫(yī)求美的思想,對患者進(jìn)行中醫(yī)美容的治療,療效確切,具有一定的臨床指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine treatment of chloasma and summarize its experience in treatment of chloasma. Methods: a single chloasma was used to track and record the curative effect of the patients, from October 2014 to October 2015, they were admitted to the Department of Beauty of the affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese Medicine (Chengdu University of traditional Chinese Medicine). 62 cases of chloasma (2 cases of missing visit) were treated by the associate researcher of the canal. The size and color of the lesions were observed, and the curative effect was evaluated and analyzed. Results: after a course of treatment, the total effective rate was 86.7 and the basic cure rate was 12.9. The total effective rate was 80.9% in 14 cases of deficiency of kidney yin, 1 case of deficiency of kidney yin, 3 cases of remarkable effect, 9 cases of improvement, 1 case of ineffectiveness, 12 cases of improvement, 5 cases of improvement, 8 cases of stagnation of liver-qi, 5 cases of improvement, 5 cases of ineffectiveness and 5 cases of deficiency of kidney yin, the total effective rate was 92.9%, and the total effective rate was 92.9%. There were 21 cases of spleen deficiency dampness obstruction syndrome, 4 cases were basically cured, 9 cases were remarkable effect, 6 cases were improved, 2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 90.5%. Conclusion: the therapy focuses on the internal etiology of chloasma, and on the basis of dialectical analysis of etiology and pathogenesis of Chinese medicine, the therapeutic effect is definite, taking into account the idea of seeking beauty in traditional Chinese medicine, and treating the patients with beauty in traditional Chinese medicine. It has certain clinical guiding significance.
