【摘要】：正患者,女,48歲,因"眼瞼腫脹2 d伴顴骨處色素沉著"于2016年6月1日就診于山東省中醫(yī)院針灸科門診�，F(xiàn)病史:2 d前在當(dāng)?shù)孛廊菰河谀槻匡E骨處注射A型肉毒毒素類美容針劑,注射1 d后自覺上、下眼瞼處腫脹不適,自感顴骨處發(fā)熱,皮色微紅,2 d后上述癥狀加重,自述眼瞼腫脹致睜眼困難,眼瞼處微感灼痛,患者難忍不適,遂于我院就診�？贪Y見:上、下眼瞼腫
[Abstract]:The patient, 48 years old, was admitted to the clinic of Department of Acupuncture and moxibustion of Shandong traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital on June 1, 2016 because of "eyelid swelling 2 days with zygomatic pigmentation". A botulinum toxin type A cosmetic injection was injected into the facial zygomatic bone of the local beauty salon 2 days ago. After 1 day of injection, the lower eyelid was swollen and unwell, the cheekbones were feverish, and the symptoms were aggravated 2 days after the injection. Self-described eyelid swelling caused eye-opening difficulty, palpebral slight pain, the patient can not bear discomfort, and then in our hospital. Engraving see: upper and lower eyelid swelling
