【摘要】：目的:觀察采用益氣養(yǎng)陰法治療2型糖尿病心臟自主神經病變患者的臨床療效。方法:臨床將經過2周導入期治療,符合血糖條件的患者隨機分為實驗組和對照組,每組各30例,均通過飲食運動療法和西藥降糖等基礎降糖治療,實驗組加用加減生脈散,對照組應用甲鈷胺片,觀察治療60天。通過觀察兩組患者空腹血糖、餐后血糖、肝腎功能、心率變異性(HRV)等指標的變化,對治療前后及兩組間進行分析對比。結果:實驗組有效率為86.7%,對照組有效率為70%,兩組有統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05),實驗組與對照組患者在血常規(guī)、肝功能、血糖控制等方面無明顯差異,HRV比較分析,治療后兩組頻域指標和時域指標均有不同程度升高,而加用加味生脈散的實驗組療效優(yōu)于單純使用甲鈷胺的對照組。結論:采用益氣養(yǎng)陰法治療DCAN有顯著臨床療效,可提高心率變異性,改善自主神經功能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of supplementing qi and nourishing yin in patients with type 2 diabetic cardiac autonomic neuropathy. Methods: the patients who met the condition of blood sugar were randomly divided into experimental group and control group after two weeks of induction therapy. 30 cases in each group were treated with diet and exercise therapy, western medicine and other basic hypoglycemic therapy, and the experimental group was treated with add and subtractive Shengmai powder. The control group was treated with mecobalamin tablets for 60 days. The changes of fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, liver and kidney function and heart rate variability (HRV) were observed and compared before and after treatment. Results: the effective rate was 86.7% in the experimental group and 70 in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). There was no significant difference in blood routine examination, liver function, blood glucose control between the experimental group and the control group. After treatment, the frequency domain index and time domain index of the two groups were increased in different degrees, but the experimental group with Jiawei Shengmai powder was better than the control group only using mecobalamin. Conclusion: the method of supplementing qi and nourishing yin has a remarkable clinical effect on Dcan, which can improve heart rate variability and autonomic nervous function.
