基于仲景正邪觀的六經(jīng)病證研究

【摘要】:研究目的:通過(guò)探討正邪斗爭(zhēng)在六經(jīng)病中的不同態(tài)勢(shì),明確正邪盛衰變化對(duì)于六經(jīng)病證的發(fā)生傳變預(yù)后的相應(yīng)影響,確定隨機(jī)應(yīng)變的治療辦法,為學(xué)習(xí)《傷寒論》提供一條新思路,從正邪相爭(zhēng)的角度更簡(jiǎn)單而深刻地理解六經(jīng)辨證,以冀更好地指導(dǎo)臨床工作。研究方法:本研究采用原著學(xué)習(xí)、文獻(xiàn)檢索和理論研究的方法,歸納、整理和探討《傷寒論》中相關(guān)條文。首先,從文獻(xiàn)角度,總結(jié)《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》《難經(jīng)》以及《傷寒論》《金匱要略》中對(duì)于正邪概念的闡述,探究仲景眼中的正邪為何。其次,立足于《傷寒論》《金匱要略》原文總結(jié)仲景認(rèn)為對(duì)于邪正盛衰變化有影響的各種因素,再次,立足于《傷寒論》原文,探析因?yàn)檎跋酄?zhēng)的不同態(tài)勢(shì)和結(jié)果對(duì)于六經(jīng)病證的發(fā)生以及傳變產(chǎn)生的相應(yīng)不同影響之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性。研究結(jié)果:通過(guò)以上研究發(fā)現(xiàn)仲景的正邪觀繼承了《內(nèi)經(jīng)》《難經(jīng)》等前人的觀點(diǎn)并有所發(fā)揚(yáng),而將其正邪觀貫穿在了六經(jīng)病證始終,如太陽(yáng)病主要病機(jī)為正邪相爭(zhēng)于表,陽(yáng)明病是正邪劇爭(zhēng)于里,少陽(yáng)病是正邪分爭(zhēng)于里,三陰病病機(jī)則是正不勝邪,邪氣入陰,以正氣不足為主。研究結(jié)論:正邪盛衰消長(zhǎng)的不斷變化直接影響疾病陰陽(yáng)的相應(yīng)變動(dòng),從而決定著六經(jīng)病的發(fā)生與進(jìn)退,并指導(dǎo)著醫(yī)者在治療疾病時(shí)對(duì)于扶正和祛邪原則的把握。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the different situations of the struggle of good and evil in the six meridians disease, to determine the corresponding influence of the rise and fall of the good and evil on the prognosis of the occurrence and transmission of the six meridians' disease, and to determine the treatment method of contingency. In order to provide a new way of thinking for the study of febrile fever, it is easier and deeper to understand the syndrome differentiation of six meridians from the angle of the argument between good and evil, so as to guide the clinical work better. Methods: this study adopts the methods of original study, literature retrieval and theoretical research to summarize, sort out and discuss the relevant articles in Treatise of febrile Disease. First of all, from the perspective of literature, this paper summarizes the explanation of the concept of good and evil in the Book of Internal Classics of Huangdi and the synopsis of Golden Chamber, and probes into the reasons of good and evil in Zhongjing's eyes. Secondly, based on the original text of synopsis of the Golden Chamber, the author summarizes the factors that Zhongjing thinks has an influence on the rise and fall of evil spirits, and, again, based on the original text of the Theory of febrile Diseases. This paper explores the relationship between the different situations and results of the debate between good and evil on the occurrence and transmission of syndrome of six meridians. Results: through the above study, we found that Zhongjing's view of good and evil inherits and develops the views of the predecessors, such as "Internal Classic", "difficult Sutra", and so on, while the view of "good and evil" runs through the six meridian diseases and syndromes, such as the main pathogenesis of the sun disease is the main pathogenesis of the disease. Yang Ming disease is fighting for good and evil play, Shaoyang disease is divided between good and evil, the pathogenesis of three yin disease is good and evil, evil qi into Yin, mainly due to deficiency of qi. Conclusion: the constant changes of the rise and fall of good and evil directly affect the corresponding changes of disease yin and yang, thus determine the occurrence, advance and retreat of six meridian diseases, and guide the doctors to grasp the principles of strengthening the right and dispelling evil in the treatment of diseases.
