【摘要】：九針是我國古老先民創(chuàng)制的九種醫(yī)用工具,它是我國古代先民集體智慧的結(jié)晶。九針的出現(xiàn)不僅標(biāo)志著針刺療法的正式形成,而且在后世醫(yī)治疾病中占有十分重要的地位,同時也對我國針灸史和中國醫(yī)學(xué)史的發(fā)展都有著重要的意義。因此,有必要對九針進行更加深入的研究和考證。本文以九針為研究對象,運用文獻研究的方法,將《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》中對九針的記載和論述作為研究的基礎(chǔ)。同時通過對古代與九針相關(guān)的文獻所進行的全面系統(tǒng)的分析和歸納,并結(jié)合現(xiàn)代相關(guān)出土文物的考證,從而梳理出九針起源和形成的歷史脈絡(luò)。在此基礎(chǔ)上對九針起源和形成過程中的某些關(guān)鍵性的問題進行重點探討:包括“針”和“砭”是否相同;在針具發(fā)展的過程中是否存在過“以鐵代石”的情況;砭石是否真的消失了;九針與脈學(xué)的關(guān)系;以及九針在各歷史時期的臨床應(yīng)用狀況等問題。希望通過對這些問題的探討,進一步的梳理清楚九針起源和形成的歷史脈絡(luò),同時更加深入而全面的認識九針本身。這一研究在促進九針及針具進一步發(fā)展的同時,也為針灸史和中國醫(yī)學(xué)史的研究提供一個新的切入點,并能為進一步還原九針和發(fā)掘九針的臨床信息提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:Nine needles are nine kinds of medical tools created by our ancient ancestors, and they are the crystallization of the collective wisdom of our ancient ancestors. The emergence of nine needles not only marks the formal formation of acupuncture therapy, but also plays an important role in the treatment of diseases in later generations. It is also of great significance to the development of the history of acupuncture and moxibustion in China and the history of Chinese medicine. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct more in-depth research and textual research on the nine needles. This article takes nine needles as the research object, uses the literature research method, takes the record and the elaboration of the nine needles in the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic as the basis of the research. At the same time, through the comprehensive and systematic analysis and induction of the ancient literature related to the nine needles, and combined with the textual research of the cultural relics unearthed in modern times, the historical context of the origin and formation of the nine needles is sorted out. On this basis, some key problems in the process of origin and formation of nine needles are discussed emphatically, including whether "needle" and "needle" are the same or not, whether there exists the situation of "replacing stone with iron" in the process of needle tool development; Whether the stone has really disappeared, the relationship between nine needles and pulsology, and the clinical application of nine needles in different historical periods. It is hoped that through the discussion of these problems, the historical context of the origin and formation of the nine needles will be further clarified, and at the same time, the nine needles themselves will be understood more deeply and comprehensively. This study not only promotes the further development of nine needles and needles, but also provides a new entry point for the study of the history of acupuncture and moxibustion and the history of Chinese medicine, and provides a certain reference for the further reduction of nine needles and the discovery of clinical information of nine needles.
