【摘要】：《類(lèi)證治裁》為清代醫(yī)家林佩琴所著,書(shū)中雖未對(duì)木郁證作專(zhuān)篇論述,但其對(duì)木郁之見(jiàn)解在"郁癥論治""肝氣肝火肝風(fēng)論治"篇中有著充分體現(xiàn)。從運(yùn)氣學(xué)說(shuō)出發(fā),林佩琴認(rèn)為按五行相因之理,木郁應(yīng)為其它郁證之先導(dǎo),可傳變發(fā)展為五郁;從病機(jī)演變規(guī)律來(lái)看,木郁日久可生"化火、化風(fēng)"之變,涉及臨床多種病證;在遣方用藥方面,林佩琴善用古方,靈活化裁,主張"用藥不宜剛而宜柔,不宜伐而宜和"。文章整理分析該書(shū)中有關(guān)木郁證之論述,對(duì)理解林佩琴辨治思路特點(diǎn)及指導(dǎo)臨床實(shí)踐大有裨益。
[Abstract]:Lin Peiqin, a physician in the Qing Dynasty, wrote "A Class of Syndrome and treatment". Although the book did not deal with Mu Yu's syndrome, its views on wood depression were fully reflected in the "treatment of depression" and "the treatment of liver qi, liver fire and liver wind". On the basis of the theory of luck, Lin Peiqin thought that according to the principle of the five elements, wood depression should be the forerunner of other depression syndrome, which can be transmitted to five depression, and from the law of pathogenesis evolution, wood Yu can produce the change of "change fire and change wind", which involves many clinical diseases and syndromes. In terms of prescribing drugs, Lin Peiqin made good use of the ancient prescription and flexibly adjusted his composition, arguing that "medication should not be rigid and soft, not suitable for cutting down and suitable for harmony." It is helpful to understand the characteristics of Lin Peiqin's thinking of differentiation and treatment and to guide clinical practice.
