【摘要】：目的:探討康復(fù)新液對于慢性糜爛性唇炎的臨床療效。方法:選取醫(yī)院2011年1月—2014年12月收治的慢性糜爛性唇炎患者100例,隨機(jī)分為兩組,每組50例,觀察組接受康復(fù)新液治療,對照組接受膚清松軟膏涂抹治療。結(jié)果:觀察組的顯效率為38.0%,總有效率為92.0%,對照組治愈率24.0%,總有效率為64.0%。對治療有效患者進(jìn)行停藥隨訪發(fā)現(xiàn):停藥3個月后,觀察組和對照組分別2名和8名患者復(fù)發(fā),復(fù)發(fā)率分別為4.3%和2.5%;停藥6個月后,觀察組和對照組分別3名和12名患者復(fù)發(fā),復(fù)發(fā)率分別為6.5%和37.5%。觀察組的顯效率和總有效率明顯高于對照組;而復(fù)發(fā)率明顯低于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:康復(fù)新液對于治療慢性糜爛性唇炎有著明顯的療效,停藥后復(fù)發(fā)率明顯低于對照組。
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Kangfuxin Liquid on chronic erosive cheilitis. Methods: 100 patients with chronic erosive cheilitis treated in the hospital from January 2011 to December 2014 were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group. The observation group received Kangfuxin Liquid Treatment and the control group received skin clear cream and smear treatment. Results: the effective rate of the observation group was 38. The total effective rate was 92%, the cure rate of the control group was 24%. The total effective rate was 64.0%. to the effective patients. After 3 months of withdrawal, 2 and 8 patients in the observation group and the control group had recurrent rates of 4.3% and 2.5%, respectively. After 6 months of withdrawal, the observation group and the control group had 3 and 12 patients recur respectively, the recurrence rates were respectively The significant and total effective rates of the 6.5% and 37.5%. observation groups were significantly higher than those in the control group, while the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: Kangfuxin Liquid has a significant effect on the treatment of chronic erosive cheilitis, and the recurrence rate after stopping medicine is significantly lower than that of the control group.
