【摘要】：以《景岳全書》為主要研究對象,結(jié)合《類經(jīng)》《類經(jīng)圖翼》《類經(jīng)附翼》和《質(zhì)疑錄》中相關(guān)內(nèi)容,通過文獻(xiàn)學(xué)研究方法,整理歸納張介賓有關(guān)腦病的理論、病證認(rèn)識、辨證處方和用藥特點(diǎn),探索腦病診治的新思路。本文系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了《景岳全書》中所闡述的腦病學(xué)術(shù)思想:發(fā)病方面,重視內(nèi)傷虛損是基礎(chǔ);病因上重視內(nèi)傷虛損、外感六淫等對氣機(jī)的影響;病機(jī)方面,提出正氣不足和氣機(jī)失常為關(guān)鍵機(jī)制;治療方面,突出辨證、平秘陰陽、重視補(bǔ)虛、補(bǔ)陰益精為特色;遣方用藥方面,習(xí)用古方,又另辟蹊徑,創(chuàng)新方,依病機(jī)靈活化裁,擇而用之。張氏在診治腦病中重視辨證求本,尤其注重并且擅于審病求因,治療以補(bǔ)虛為大法,擅用補(bǔ)虛藥以扶正祛邪,為后世醫(yī)家從虛論治腦病提供了思路。本研究填補(bǔ)了《景岳全書》腦病學(xué)術(shù)思想研究的空白,豐富了中醫(yī)腦病學(xué)術(shù)的內(nèi)容,為中醫(yī)腦病的臨床和科研提供新的思路和路徑。
[Abstract]:Taking JingyueGuanshu as the main research object, combining the relevant contents of < Classical Classics > < Classical Classic Pictures > < attached Wing of Classical Classics > and questioning Records, the author summarizes Zhang Jiabin's theory on encephalopathy and the understanding of disease syndrome through the method of documentary research. To explore a new way of diagnosis and treatment of encephalopathy. This paper systematically summarizes the academic thought of encephalopathy described in JingyueGuanshu: in the aspect of disease, paying attention to the deficiency of internal injury is the basis; paying attention to the influence of internal injury and deficiency of internal injury, and the influence of six external factors on qi; the pathogenesis of the disease, and so on. The key mechanism is the deficiency of qi and the disorder of Qi engine; in the treatment, the differentiation of symptoms and signs is highlighted, the yin and yang are leveled, the deficiency of yin is emphasized, and the essence of tonifying yin and tonifying essence is paid attention to. In the aspect of prescribing medicine, the traditional prescription is used as an old way, and the formula is innovative and flexible according to the pathogenesis of the disease. Choose to use it. Zhang paid attention to syndrome differentiation in the diagnosis and treatment of encephalopathy, especially paid attention to and was good at judging the cause of disease, treated by tonifying deficiency as the great method, good at using tonifying deficiency medicine to strengthen the qi and dispel evil, and provided a way of thinking for the doctors of later generations to treat encephalopathy from deficiency. This study fills up the blank of the academic thought of encephalopathy in Jingyue Guanshu, enriches the academic content of TCM encephalopathy, and provides new ideas and paths for the clinical and scientific research of TCM encephalopathy.
