【摘要】：目的:探討腹針對奧氮平所致肥胖患者血清瘦素、脂聯(lián)素、總膽固醇及三酰甘油的影響。方法:將86例奧氮平所致肥胖患者隨機(jī)分為觀察組(47例)和對照組(39例)。對照組僅予以健康指導(dǎo),接受飲食及運(yùn)動調(diào)節(jié);觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上增加腹針療法,穴取中脘、下脘、氣海、關(guān)元、天樞、水道,每天治療1次,每周治療5次。兩組均治療3個月。比較兩組患者治療前后體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI)、血清瘦素、脂聯(lián)素、總膽固醇及三酰甘油水平。結(jié)果:治療后兩組患者BMI、血清瘦素、總膽固醇和三酰甘油均低于治療前(均P0.05),脂聯(lián)素高于治療前(均P0.05),并且觀察組BMI、血清瘦素、總膽固醇和三酰甘油明顯低于對照組(均P0.05),脂聯(lián)素高于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:腹針能調(diào)節(jié)奧氮平所致肥胖患者瘦素信號的轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)能力以及脂聯(lián)素的分泌,促進(jìn)脂代謝,降低患者體質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the effects of abdomen on serum leptin, adiponectin, total cholesterol and triglyceride in patients with obesity caused by olanzapine. Methods: 86 cases of obesity caused by olanzapine were randomly divided into observation group (n = 47) and control group (n = 39). The control group was only given health guidance and accepted diet and exercise regulation, while the observation group was treated with abdominal acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group, and the observation group was treated 5 times a week by taking points from Zhongwan, Xiwan, Qihai, Guanyuan, Tianshu and waterway. Both groups were treated for 3 months. Body mass index (BMI), serum leptin, adiponectin, total cholesterol and triglyceride were compared before and after treatment. Results: after treatment, the levels of BMI, serum leptin, total cholesterol and triglyceride in both groups were lower than those before treatment (P 0.05), adiponectin was higher than that before treatment (P 0.05). Total cholesterol and triglyceride were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05), adiponectin was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: abdominal acupuncture can regulate leptin signal transduction ability and adiponectin secretion in obese patients induced by olanzapine, promote lipid metabolism and decrease body mass.
