【摘要】：慢性咳嗽的病因很多,阻塞型睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征也是其中之一。但這種咳嗽的病機(jī)有其特殊性,文章做初步探討,即痰濁內(nèi)阻是其內(nèi)在病理基礎(chǔ);氣機(jī)不利是病機(jī)關(guān)鍵。痰濁壅塞氣道,鼻咽不利、宜宣失宣,胃氣返逆、宣降不降,均可導(dǎo)致肺失宣肅而產(chǎn)生咳嗽;六淫外侵是常見(jiàn)誘因。半夏厚樸湯具有化痰利飲、調(diào)暢氣機(jī)的作用,可作為本病治療的基礎(chǔ)方,臨證時(shí)還需兼顧鼻竅、咽喉、脾胃的不同征象,隨證加減。
[Abstract]:There are many causes of chronic cough, including obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome. However, the pathogenesis of this cough has its particularity, the article makes a preliminary discussion, that is, phlegm turbid internal obstruction is its internal pathological basis, and Qi is the key to pathogenesis. The obstruction of airway caused by phlegm and turbidity, the disadvantage of nasopharynx, the loss of propaganda, the retrogression of stomach qi, and the non-lowering of purgatory of gastric qi can lead to cough, and the six lewdness invasion is the common inducement. Banxia Houpu decoction has the function of dissipating phlegm and regulating qi, which can be used as the basic prescription for the treatment of this disease. It should also take into account the different signs of nose, throat, spleen and stomach, and add and subtract with the syndrome.
