【摘要】：目的:本課題通過觀察中藥代茶飲自擬方治療肺腎陰虛型慢性咽炎的臨床療效,對其療效進(jìn)行評價,并初步分析其作用機(jī)理,從而探索該方治療肺腎陰虛型慢性咽炎的療效,為中醫(yī)藥治療慢性咽炎提供一定的依據(jù)。方法:本課題分三個步驟進(jìn)行:1.依據(jù)目前公認(rèn)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、辨證分型,確立納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、剔除和脫落標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、觀察指標(biāo)、積分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、療效判定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等。2.選擇慢性咽炎中符合肺腎陰虛型的患者60例,按照隨機(jī)對照、非盲法的臨床試驗(yàn)原則分為兩組,試驗(yàn)組30例給予中藥代茶飲自擬方加六味地黃丸,對照組30例僅給予六味地黃丸,療程均為10天。治療過程中觀察并記錄兩組患者的臨床癥狀、局部體征變化及不良反應(yīng)。3.將收集的資料進(jìn)行整理、統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:1.兩組患者中,試驗(yàn)組總有效率為78.57%,對照組總有效率為57.89%。經(jīng)X2檢驗(yàn):X2=8.629,P=0.0350.05,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,提示中藥代茶飲自擬方加六味地黃丸在改善肺腎陰虛型慢性咽炎患者的癥狀、體征方面優(yōu)于僅用六味地黃丸。2.對影響兩組患者療效的相關(guān)因素做logistic回歸分析比較后發(fā)現(xiàn),年齡、性別的OR值分別為0.351、0.734,均小于1,病程的OR值為1.466,大于1,因此認(rèn)為年齡、性別不是影響療效的因素,而病程是影響療效的因素。結(jié)論:本研究結(jié)果表明,中藥代茶飲自擬方治療肺腎陰虛型慢性咽炎具有較好的療效,特別在減輕患者癥狀、改善患者體征方面,顯示了中藥代茶飲自擬方治療肺腎陰虛型慢性咽炎的優(yōu)勢,值得臨床推廣和進(jìn)一步的研究開發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine on treating chronic pharyngitis with deficiency of lung and kidney yin, evaluate its curative effect, and analyze its mechanism, so as to explore the curative effect of this prescription in treating chronic pharyngitis with deficiency of lung and kidney yin. To provide a certain basis for the treatment of chronic pharyngitis with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: this subject is divided into three steps: 1. To establish diagnostic criteria, syndrome differentiation, inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria, observation indicators, integral criteria, curative effect criteria and so on according to the current accepted criteria. 2. Sixty patients with chronic pharyngitis according to the type of deficiency of lung and kidney yin were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomized control and non-blind clinical trial. 30 cases in the test group were given Chinese medicine to substitute tea drink and Liuwei Dihuang pill. The control group (30 cases) was treated with Liuwei Dihuang pills for 10 days. The clinical symptoms, local signs and adverse reactions were observed and recorded during the treatment. Collect the data to sort out, statistical analysis. The result is 1: 1. The total effective rate was 78.57 in the trial group and 57.89 in the control group. By X2 test, the difference was statistically significant, indicating that Chinese herbal tea decoction and Liuwei Dihuang pill were better than only Liuwei Dihuang pills in improving symptoms and signs of chronic pharyngitis of lung and kidney yin deficiency type. Logistic regression analysis showed that the OR values of age and sex were 0.351 鹵0.734, respectively, and the OR value of course of disease was 1.466, which was greater than 1. Therefore, age and sex were not the factors influencing the curative effect. The course of disease is the factor that affects the curative effect. Conclusion: the results of this study indicate that the Chinese herbal recipe for tea drinking has a better curative effect on chronic pharyngitis with deficiency of lung and kidney yin, especially in alleviating the symptoms and improving the physical signs of the patients. It shows the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of chronic pharyngitis with deficiency of lung and kidney yin, which is worthy of clinical popularization and further research and development.
