略論持午與抑郁

【摘要】:抑郁的中醫(yī)辯證分型有多種,但各種分型都牽涉脾胃氣機(jī)不暢這一病機(jī)。中醫(yī)認(rèn)為過午不食是一種健康的飲食習(xí)慣,有助于養(yǎng)護(hù)脾胃功能,因而持午有助于預(yù)防和干預(yù)抑郁。從佛教來看,持過午不食戒有助于修行禪定,并且有大福報(bào)。抑郁的癥狀類似于《摩訶止觀》所說的"魔病",智者提出對(duì)治魔病需要"深觀行力"及"大神咒",而兩者發(fā)揮作用都需要以禪定為前提,持午有助于禪定,因而有助于預(yù)防和對(duì)治抑郁。
[Abstract]:Traditional Chinese medicine has many kinds of syndrome types , but all kinds of typing involve the pathogenesis of spleen and stomach function . Traditional Chinese medicine considers that it is a healthy eating habit , which helps to conserve the function of spleen and stomach . It can help prevent and interfere with depression .
