【摘要】：目的:本研究旨通過與糖脈康顆粒比較,觀察消渴清對2型糖尿病陰虛熱盛挾血瘀證,單用1種降糖藥血糖控制不佳患者的中醫(yī)證候改善作用及降糖作用。材料與方法:選取我科40例2型糖尿病陰虛熱盛挾血瘀患者,已簽署知情同意書者,隨機分為試驗組30例,對照組10例。單純口服雙胍類降糖藥,磺脲類降糖藥,或糖苷酶抑制劑血糖控制不佳者,應維持原方案不變,試驗組給予消渴清顆粒,1袋/次;口服,3次/日。對照組給予糖脈康顆粒,1袋/次;口服,3次/日。療程:12周。觀察兩組中醫(yī)證候療效、空腹血糖、餐后2小時血糖、糖化血紅蛋白、以及安全性指標。結果:消渴清治療2型糖尿病陰虛熱盛挾血瘀的臨床療效結果1.治療后兩組療效比較有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),與對照組比較,試驗組療效更優(yōu)。2.治療后兩組空腹血糖結果比較,兩者差異顯著(P0.05);說明消渴清能夠降低患者空腹血糖值,療效優(yōu)于對照組。3.治療后兩組餐后2小時血糖結果比較,兩者差異顯著(P0.05);說明消渴清能夠降低患者餐后2小時血糖值,療效優(yōu)于對照組。4.治療后中醫(yī)癥候積分比較,試驗組有效率是96.2%,對照組為62.5%,兩組差異顯著(P0.05);說明消渴清能夠改善患者臨床癥狀,療效優(yōu)于對照組。結論:1.“消渴清”能夠有效改善2型糖尿病陰虛熱盛挾血瘀患者中醫(yī)臨床癥狀。2.“消渴清”可以降低空腹血糖、早餐后2小時血糖以及糖化血紅蛋白水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: by comparing with Tangmaikang granule, this study observed the effect of Xiaoke Qing on syndrome of type 2 diabetes mellitus with yin deficiency and heat with blood stasis, and only one hypoglycemic drug. Materials and methods: 40 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with Yin deficiency and heat with blood stasis were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 30) and control group (n = 10). Those who took only biguanidine hypoglycemic drugs, sulfonylurea hypoglycemic drugs, or glucosidase inhibitors for blood glucose control should keep the same original plan. The experimental group should be given 1 bag of Xiaoke Qing granule and 3 times a day. The control group was given 1 bag of Tangmaikang granule and 3 times a day. Course of treatment: 12 weeks. The efficacy of TCM syndromes, fasting blood glucose, 2 hours postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and safety index were observed. Results: the clinical curative effect of Xiaoke Qing on type 2 diabetes mellitus was 1. After treatment, the curative effect of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the effect of the test group was better than that of the control group. After treatment, there was a significant difference between the two groups in fasting blood glucose, indicating that Xiaoke Qing could reduce the fasting blood glucose value of the patients, and the curative effect was better than that of the control group. 3. The results of 2 hours postprandial blood glucose in the two groups were significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), which indicated that Xiaoke Qing could decrease the blood glucose value of 2 hours after meal, and the curative effect was better than that of the control group. 4. The effective rate of the experimental group was 96.2g and that of the control group was 62.5.The difference between the two groups was significant (P0.05), which indicated that Xiaoke Qing could improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, and the curative effect was better than that of the control group. Conclusion 1. Xiaoke Qing can effectively improve the TCM clinical symptoms of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with yin deficiency and heat with blood stasis. Xiaoke Qing can reduce fasting blood glucose, 2 hours after breakfast blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin levels.
