【摘要】：目的：觀察三仁湯加味方口服在治療經(jīng)肛吻合器痔術后肛門墜脹的臨床療效。方法：將60例經(jīng)肛吻合器痔術后肛門墜脹患者隨機分為三仁湯加味方口服試驗組30例和對照組30例,仔細觀察并詳細記錄試驗組與對照組患者試驗相關的臨床癥狀和體征資料,比較兩組療效、療程等相關指標的差異。結果：治療后試驗組和對照組的臨床療效比較,試驗組臨床療效優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。對肛門的墜脹持續(xù)時間、墜脹程度、疼痛情況及控便能力進行比較,得出試驗組臨床療效優(yōu)于對照組；對消除肛門墜脹時間、試驗組和對照組總有效率進行統(tǒng)計學分析比較,存在統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05)。結論：三仁湯加味方口服對緩解經(jīng)肛吻合器痔術后肛門墜脹有一定療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Sanren decoction in the treatment of anal distension after prolapse through anal stapler. Methods: sixty patients were randomly divided into Sanren decoction oral test group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). The clinical symptoms and signs related to the control group were carefully observed and recorded in detail. To compare the difference of curative effect and course of treatment between the two groups. Results: the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P 0.05). The duration, degree, pain and defecation control ability of anus were compared, and the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the total effective rate of the experimental group and the control group was statistically analyzed and compared. There was statistical difference (P 0.05). Conclusion: Sanren decoction has certain curative effect on relieving anal distension after operation of anal stapler and hemorrhoids.
