【摘要】：天癸是中醫(yī)學特有的一個重要概念,是《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》提出人體氣、血、精、津液等之外的一種與生長、發(fā)育、生殖相關的物質。筆者在復述近年研究文獻基礎上,從天癸的本質、生理、特點、作用以及功能異常診治等方面,探討天癸與中醫(yī)生殖的關系。認為天癸是物質與功能的統(tǒng)一體,具有激發(fā)、促進并維持人體生殖功能的作用,對人體正常生理、優(yōu)生優(yōu)育以及養(yǎng)生也有重要影響。結合現(xiàn)代研究進一步探討天癸實質,將對于研究中醫(yī)生殖學、遺傳學、生理學以及優(yōu)生學和養(yǎng)生學具有積極的推動作用。
[Abstract]:Tiangui is an important concept peculiar to traditional Chinese medicine, which is a kind of substance related to growth, development and reproduction, which is put forward in the Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine in addition to human qi, blood, essence, body fluid and so on. Based on the review of recent literatures, the author discusses the relationship between Tiangui and traditional Chinese medicine reproduction from the aspects of nature, physiology, characteristics, function, and diagnosis and treatment of abnormal function. It is considered that Tiangui is a unity of substance and function, which has the function of stimulating, promoting and maintaining human reproductive function, and has an important influence on human normal physiology, healthy birth and good breeding as well as health preservation. Further discussion on the essence of Tiangui in combination with modern research will play an active role in the study of reproductive, genetic, physiological, eugenics and health preservation of traditional Chinese medicine.
