【摘要】：目的:研究清氣化痰丸聯(lián)合霧化吸入治療痰淤互結型慢性阻塞性肺疾病的臨床療效。方法:以我院呼吸科2015年1月~2016年7月期間診斷為痰淤互結型慢性阻塞性肺疾病的100例患者為資料納入研究。抽簽法分為2組,各50例。一組為對照組,給予異丙托溴銨霧化治療,另一組為觀察組,霧化基礎上給予清氣化痰丸治療。分析兩組在治療后的療效,治療期間肺功能、血氣以及炎癥的改變情況。結果:在總體治療效果上,觀察組為94.00%,明顯高于對照組78.00%。治療后兩組患者肺功能均較治療前改善。觀察組一秒鐘用力呼氣容積(FEVl)占預計值百分比(FEV1%預計值)和FEV1與用力肺活量(FVC)比值百分比分別為(60.04±2.57、66.85±3.25)%,均明顯高于對照組(54.93±2.20、58.48±2.99)%。治療后兩組患者血氣指標均較治療前改善。觀察組二氧化碳分壓(PaCO_2)和氧分壓(PaO_2)值分別為(39.45±2.86、75.48±3.26)mm Hg,均明顯優(yōu)于對照組(45.01±3.01、68.91±3.19)mm Hg。(4)治療后兩組患者炎癥指標均較治療前下降。觀察組白細胞(WBC)、降鈣素原(PCT)和白細胞介素-8(IL-8)水平分別為(6.03±0.49×109/L、0.68±0.24ng/ml、10.06±2.37pg/ml),均明顯低于對照組(8.18±0.53×109/L、1.09±0.30ng/ml、16.02±2.51pg/ml)。結論:在霧化治療的基礎聯(lián)合清氣化痰丸能更有效的治療痰淤互結型慢性阻塞性肺疾病,更明顯的改善患者肺功能及下調(diào)其炎癥因子水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical effect of Qingqi Huatan Pill combined with atomization inhalation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods: from January 2015 to July 2016, 100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with phlegm and stasis were included in the study. The drawing of lots was divided into two groups, 50 cases each. One group was treated with ipratropium bromide atomization and the other group was treated with Qingqi Huatan pill on the basis of atomization. The changes of lung function, blood gas and inflammation during treatment were analyzed. Results: the total therapeutic effect in the observation group was 94.00, which was significantly higher than that in the control group. After treatment, pulmonary function was improved in both groups. The percentage of FEV1 / FEV1) and the ratio of FEV1 to forced vital capacity in the observation group were 60.04 鹵2.57V 66.85 鹵3.25, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (54.93 鹵2.2058.48 鹵2.99g). After treatment, the blood gas indexes in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment. The values of Paco _ 2 and Paco _ 2 in the observation group were 39.45 鹵2.86 鹵75.48 鹵3.26)mm Hg, respectively, which were significantly better than those in the control group (45.01 鹵3.01 鹵68.91 鹵3.19)mm Hg.Hg). The levels of WBCU, PCT and IL-8 in the observation group were 6.03 鹵0.49 脳 10 9 / L 0.68 鹵0.24 ng / ml respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (8.18 鹵0.53 脳 10 9 / L 1.09 鹵0.30 ng / ml) and 16.02 鹵2.51pg / ml / ml respectively. Conclusion: combined with Qingqi Huatan Pill on the basis of atomization therapy can be more effective in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with phlegm and stasis, improve pulmonary function and down-regulate the level of inflammatory factors.
