【摘要】：目的:系統(tǒng)挖掘和總結(jié)中醫(yī)“五神”之“魂”、“魄”要素異常狀態(tài)下的古方用藥規(guī)律,包括常用藥物、藥性、藥對(duì)及新藥隊(duì)等,以期為中醫(yī)臨床治療“魂”、“魄”病變提供方法和思路。方法:檢索《中華醫(yī)典》光盤,搜集整理出關(guān)于“魂”、“魄”要素異常狀態(tài)下的方藥治療記錄,建立“魂”、“魄”要素異常狀態(tài)下的方劑數(shù)據(jù)庫,在前期研制的量表的基礎(chǔ)下對(duì)方劑數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行分級(jí)。運(yùn)用中醫(yī)傳承輔助平臺(tái)對(duì)本數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行挖掘和研究,尋找高頻藥物、藥性、藥對(duì)等,探討藥物配伍規(guī)律,從中總結(jié)古方治療“魂”、“魄”要素異常狀態(tài)的規(guī)律。成果:通過文獻(xiàn)檢索得到治療“魂”、“魄”要素異常狀態(tài)的方劑347首,中藥360味。經(jīng)過數(shù)據(jù)挖掘分析,結(jié)果顯示治療“魂”要素異常狀態(tài)的常用藥物中,藥性以溫為主;藥味以甘、苦、辛味最為常見;歸經(jīng)以心經(jīng)、脾經(jīng)、肺經(jīng)為主;藥對(duì)以朱砂配伍牛黃、麝香、冰片和人參配伍茯苓、遠(yuǎn)志等最為常見;得出14個(gè)治療“魂”要素異常狀態(tài)的新藥隊(duì)。治療“魄”要素異常狀態(tài)的常用藥物中,藥性以溫為主;藥味以甘、辛、苦味最為常見;歸經(jīng)以脾經(jīng)、肺經(jīng)、腎經(jīng)為主;藥對(duì)以朱砂配伍冰片、牛黃和人參配伍茯苓、熟地黃等最為常見;得出13個(gè)治療“魄”要素異常狀態(tài)的新藥隊(duì)。結(jié)論:分析得出古方中治療“魂”、“魄”要素異常狀態(tài)的用藥組方規(guī)律,包括藥頻、藥性、藥對(duì)、新藥隊(duì)等,為中醫(yī)臨床治療“魂”、“魄”要素異常狀態(tài)提供參考。
[Abstract]:Objective: to systematically excavate and summarize the ancient prescriptions of "soul" and "soul" of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in abnormal state, including common drugs, drug pairs and new drugs, in order to treat "soul" for clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The method and train of thought of the disease are provided. Methods: the CD of Chinese Medical Code was searched, and the records of Chinese medicine treatment under abnormal condition of "soul" and "soul" were collected, and the database of prescriptions in abnormal state of "soul" and "physique" were established. The formula database was classified on the basis of the scale developed in the previous period. The database is excavated and studied by the platform of traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance, seeking high frequency drugs, drug properties, drug equivalence, discussing the law of drug compatibility, and summarizing the law of the abnormal state of the elements of ancient prescription in treating "soul" and "soul" from which the ancient prescription can treat "soul" and "soulful" elements. Results: 347 prescriptions and 360 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine were obtained to treat the abnormal state of "soul" and "physique" by literature retrieval. Through data mining and analysis, the results show that among the commonly used drugs for the treatment of abnormal state of the elements of "soul", the medicine is mainly warm; the medicinal flavor is sweet, bitter and symplectic; the return to the meridian is mainly the heart, spleen and lung channels; and the combination of cinnabar and Niuhuang is the medicine. Musk, Borneol and Ginseng compatibility Poria cocos, Radix Polygala are the most common. Among the common drugs used to treat abnormal state of the "physique" elements, the main medicine is warm; the medicinal flavor is Gan, Xin, bitter; the meridian is mainly spleen meridian, lung meridian and kidney meridian; the medicine is combined with cinnabar borneol, bezoar and ginseng to match Poria cocos, Cooked Rehmannia glutinosa is the most common; 13 new drugs teams have been found to treat abnormal state of the "physique" elements. Conclusion: the rule of prescription for the abnormal state of "soul" and "physique" in ancient prescriptions, including the frequency of drugs, the drug pair, the new drug team and so on, can provide a reference for the abnormal state of the elements of "soul" and "soul" in the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
