【摘要】：目的:觀察運用"提壺揭蓋"法中藥熱奄包預防肛腸術后糞便嵌塞的臨床療效。方法:將60例肛腸術后患者隨機分為對照組和治療組各30例,治療組予吳茱萸250 g加粗鹽150 g制成中藥熱奄包,運用"提壺揭蓋"法指導取穴,熱敷于相應穴位及腹部。對照組采用常規(guī)術后促進排便方法;比較兩組患者術后平均排便時間,排便疼痛程度及排便費力程度。結(jié)果:治療組與對照組:治療組平均排便時間明顯縮短(P0.05),排便疼痛程度,排便費力程度明顯減輕。結(jié)論:運用"提壺揭蓋"法中藥熱奄包預防肛腸術后糞便嵌塞療效顯著,值得臨床推廣應用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine Reyin bag for prevention of fecal impaction after anorectal operation. Methods: 60 patients after anorectal surgery were randomly divided into control group (n = 30) and treatment group (n = 30). In the treatment group, 250 g of rutaecarpa and 150 g of crude salt were used to make hot election bag of traditional Chinese medicine. In the control group, the average defecation time, the degree of defecation pain and the degree of defecation effort were compared between the two groups. Results: in the treatment group and the control group, the mean defecation time was significantly shortened (P 0.05), the degree of defecation pain and defecation effort were significantly reduced. Conclusion: it is worth popularizing clinical application to use the method of "lifting pot and uncovering" to prevent fecal impaction after anorectal operation.
