【摘要】："肝生血"的理論觀點是中醫(yī)學(xué)有別于現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)獨特而相對完善的理論觀點,其擴充了中醫(yī)對氣血生化的認(rèn)識,為臨床補血提供理論根據(jù)�！饵S帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》提出"肝生血"觀,究其機制與肝應(yīng)春有促生、催生及生發(fā)作用從而促使氣血得以生化;同時又與肝藏血為生血提供物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)、肝助他臟以生血相關(guān),其中包括肝主生發(fā),助脾運化,促血氣化生;肝吸納清氣助肺主氣,形成宗氣,而化生血氣以及肝主生發(fā)和疏泄促進(jìn)腎精化血。"肝生血"理論為臨床從肝論治血虛提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The theory of "liver engendering blood" is a unique and relatively perfect theory point of view of traditional Chinese medicine, which expands the understanding of qi and blood biochemistry in traditional Chinese medicine and provides the theoretical basis for clinical tonifying blood. The "Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic" puts forward the view of "liver engendering blood". The mechanism is related to the promotion of liver growth, the birth and growth of Qi and blood, and the material basis of blood from the liver, which is related to the growth of blood by the liver, including the growth of the liver, the transportation of the spleen, and the formation of blood gas. The liver absorbs the clear qi to help the lung to control qi, forms the Zong qi, and the metaplastic blood gas, and the liver controls the growth and dredge the catharsis to promote the kidney to refine the blood. " The theory of "liver engendering blood" provides a theoretical basis for clinical treatment of blood deficiency from liver.
