【摘要】：目的:通過論治慢性腎臟病,觀察扶陽法治療老年慢性腎臟病3期的臨床療效,為中醫(yī)藥治療慢性腎臟病提供新思路與方法。方法:選擇符合慢性腎臟病3期的西醫(yī)診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及符合中醫(yī)脾腎陽虛的中醫(yī)診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的門診病人60例,治療組與對照組各30例,其中治療組是在西醫(yī)的基礎(chǔ)上采用扶陽法,對照組只采用西醫(yī)基礎(chǔ)治療。兩組均觀察3個月,分別觀察治療前后中醫(yī)癥狀及中醫(yī)癥候積分的變化,并監(jiān)測腎小球?yàn)V過率(eGFR)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)及血鉀(K+)的變化。結(jié)果:1、總體療效分析比較:治療組的總有效率為86.67%明顯優(yōu)于對照組的53.34%,兩組比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,治療組臨床總療效優(yōu)于對照組。2、中醫(yī)癥狀積分比較:通過本次觀察,治療組患者在治療后的癥狀積分較治療前下降(P0.05)。3、中醫(yī)臨床癥狀比較:治療組在改善中醫(yī)癥狀方面優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。4、腎功能比較:用扶陽方治療老年慢性腎臟病患者腎功能的改善優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:運(yùn)用扶陽法治療CKD明顯改善患者的臨床癥狀,有效降低患者的血肌酐及尿素氮,提高腎小球?yàn)V過率,延緩本病病程的進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Fuyang method in the treatment of chronic kidney disease in the elderly, and to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of chronic kidney disease with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: 60 outpatients, 30 cases in treatment group and 30 cases in control group, were selected from western medicine diagnostic criteria of chronic kidney disease stage 3 and TCM diagnostic criteria of deficiency of spleen and kidney yang, among which the treatment group was treated with Fuyang method on the basis of western medicine. The control group was treated only with western medicine. The changes of TCM symptoms and TCM symptom scores, glomerular filtration rate (GFRN), urea nitrogen bun (bun), serum creatinine (SCR) and serum potassium (K) before and after treatment were observed in both groups for 3 months. Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%, which was significantly better than that of the control group (53.34%). There was statistical significance between the two groups. The total clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. After treatment, the symptom score of the patients in the treatment group was lower than that before treatment. The comparison of clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine: the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine (P0.05). 4. Comparison of renal function: the treatment of kidney with Fuyang prescription in the elderly patients with chronic kidney disease The improvement of function was better than that of control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of CKD with Fuyang method can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, reduce serum creatinine and urea nitrogen, increase glomerular filtration rate and delay the progress of the disease.
