【摘要】：臨床發(fā)現(xiàn)9種中醫(yī)體質(zhì)分類法,分別是平和質(zhì)、氣虛質(zhì)、陽(yáng)虛質(zhì)、陰虛質(zhì)、氣郁質(zhì)、血瘀質(zhì)、痰濕質(zhì)、濕熱質(zhì)、特稟質(zhì),在本地區(qū)運(yùn)用存在局限性。根據(jù)中醫(yī)體質(zhì)分型的依據(jù)和量表構(gòu)成的格式,結(jié)合臨床實(shí)踐和前期16292例體檢者中醫(yī)體質(zhì)調(diào)查統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證中醫(yī)燥熱質(zhì)分型標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和量表,并介紹燥熱質(zhì)量表應(yīng)用和燥熱質(zhì)健康調(diào)養(yǎng)方法。通過(guò)中醫(yī)異法方宜論論述燥熱質(zhì)的形成,燥熱質(zhì)者患燥熱證的選方用藥,燥熱質(zhì)與陰虛質(zhì)、平和質(zhì)的鑒別,強(qiáng)調(diào)制定燥熱質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的重要性。期望加入燥熱質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和量表,使中醫(yī)體質(zhì)分型和調(diào)養(yǎng)更全面。
[Abstract]:9 kinds of TCM constitution classification were found in clinic, they were calmness, qi deficiency, yang deficiency, yin deficiency, qi stagnation, blood stasis, phlegm and dampness, dampness and heat, and intrinsic quality, which were limited in application in this area. According to the basis of TCM constitution classification and the form of constitution of the scale, combined with clinical practice and the statistical results of 16292 cases of physical examination, the criteria and scale of TCM dryness and heat quality classification were verified. It also introduces the application of dryness and heat quality meter and the method of healthy maintenance of dryness and heat quality. This paper discusses the formation of heat and dryness, the choice of prescription for dryness and heat syndrome, the differentiation of heat and dryness from yin deficiency and calmness, and emphasizes the importance of establishing the standard of dryness and heat. Expect to add dryness and heat quality criteria and scales, so that TCM physique classification and nourishment more comprehensive.
