【摘要】：目的:本項(xiàng)研究旨在比較循經(jīng)遠(yuǎn)近配穴刺法與常規(guī)針刺法治療枕神經(jīng)痛的療效差異。方法:將60例枕神經(jīng)痛患者隨機(jī)分為治療組、對(duì)照組,每組30例。研究過(guò)程中,治療組1例患者因依從性不佳被剔除。治療組采用循經(jīng)遠(yuǎn)近配穴刺法,選取患側(cè)手足少陽(yáng)經(jīng)頭部完骨、風(fēng)池,遠(yuǎn)取雙側(cè)外關(guān)、懸鐘;患側(cè)手足太陽(yáng)經(jīng)頭部天柱,遠(yuǎn)取雙側(cè)后溪。對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)針刺法,選天柱、后頂、風(fēng)池、后溪、申脈。兩組患者都每日治療1次,留針50分鐘,1周為一療程,治療3療程。采取視覺(jué)模擬評(píng)分法(VAS)、六點(diǎn)行為評(píng)分法(BRS)、癥狀療效評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)定兩組患者療效。結(jié)果:1.視覺(jué)模擬評(píng)分法(VAS):治療前,兩組無(wú)顯著差異,無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后,兩組患者VAS評(píng)分較療前均有所下降,P0.05,且治療組VAS分低于對(duì)照組,有顯著差異(P0.05)。2.六點(diǎn)行為評(píng)分法(BRS):治療前,兩組無(wú)顯著差異,無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后,兩組患者BRS評(píng)分較療前均有所下降,P0.05,且治療組BRS分低于對(duì)照組,有顯著差異(P0.05)。3.癥狀療效評(píng)定:治療組愈顯率為82.8%,對(duì)照組愈顯率46.7%,有顯著差異。結(jié)論:1.循經(jīng)遠(yuǎn)近配穴刺法可以明顯改善枕神經(jīng)痛患者的頭痛程度。2.循經(jīng)遠(yuǎn)近配穴刺法治療枕神經(jīng)痛療效確定,且優(yōu)于常規(guī)針刺法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the therapeutic effects of acupoint matching along meridian and conventional acupuncture on occipital neuralgia. Methods: 60 patients with occipital neuralgia were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). In the course of the study, one patient in the treatment group was excluded because of poor compliance. The treatment group was treated with acupoint matching along meridian, selecting the affected side of the hand and foot Shaoyang through the end of the head bone, wind pond, far side closed, suspended bell; the affected side of the hand and foot sun through the head Tianzhu, far side back stream. The control group was treated with routine acupuncture. Tianzhu, rear top, Fengchi, Houxi and Shenmai were selected. The patients in both groups were treated once a day, 50 minutes a week as a course of treatment and 3 courses of treatment. Visual analogue score (VASA), six point behavior score (BRS) and symptom evaluation criteria were used to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups. The result is 1: 1. Visual analogue score (VAS): before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). After treatment, the scores of VAS in the two groups were lower than those before treatment (P 0.05), and the scores of VAS in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). After treatment, the BRS scores of the two groups were lower than those of the control group, and the BRS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group. The effective rate of symptoms in the treatment group was 82.8, while that in the control group was 46.7, there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group. Conclusion 1. Acupuncture along meridian far and near can obviously improve the headache degree of patients with occipital neuralgia. The treatment of occipital neuralgia by acupuncture along meridian is better than that by conventional acupuncture.
