【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)對(duì)清代及清代以前風(fēng)府穴的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料進(jìn)行歸納整理,挖掘風(fēng)府穴主治病證及臨床應(yīng)用規(guī)律。方法:以第五版《中華醫(yī)典》為檢索源,檢索風(fēng)府單穴主治病證、配伍主治病證、配伍腧穴、刺灸法的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,建立數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),應(yīng)用Mircrosoft Office Excel表格進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:納入條文570條,古籍154部;風(fēng)府單穴主治病證23種,其中高頻主治頸項(xiàng)強(qiáng)痛、太陽(yáng)病、頭痛等病證9種;配伍主治病證48種,其中高頻主治太陽(yáng)病、傷寒、頭痛、癇證、癲狂等病證14種;配伍應(yīng)用經(jīng)穴157個(gè),奇穴15個(gè),其中風(fēng)池、上星、百會(huì)為前三位經(jīng)穴;刺灸方法7種,以針刺、艾灸為主,針刺深度三分,留針三呼,灸量三壯。結(jié)論:研究結(jié)果較為全面的展現(xiàn)了風(fēng)府穴的主治病證范圍及臨床應(yīng)用規(guī)律,以期對(duì)臨床及科研起到一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to summarize the literature of Fengfu points in Qing Dynasty and before Qing Dynasty, and to excavate the main treatment and clinical application law of Fengfu acupoints. Methods: the fifth edition of Chinese Medical Code was used as the retrieval source to search the contents of Fengfu single point for treating disease, matching acupoints, acupuncture and moxibustion, and to set up a database and make statistical analysis with Mircrosoft Office Excel. Results: there were 570 articles included, 154 ancient books, 23 kinds of disease syndromes treated by Fengfu single point, 9 kinds of high frequency main treatment of cervical pain, 9 kinds of sun disease, headache and so on, and 48 kinds of syndromes treated with compatibility, including high frequency main treatment of solar disease, typhoid fever, headache, epileptic syndrome, etc. There are 14 kinds of syndromes of mania and other diseases; the compatibility uses 157 acupoints and 15 strange points, among which Fengchi, Shangxing and Baihui are the first three meridians; the moxibustion methods are 7 kinds, which are acupuncture, moxibustion, acupuncture depth, three rehydration and three strong moxibustion. Conclusion: the results show the range and clinical application of Fengfu acupoint in order to play a certain reference value in clinical and scientific research.
