【摘要】：目的總結(jié)中醫(yī)外治尋常型銀屑病的用藥類別特點(diǎn)。方法檢索1965—2016年中國(guó)知網(wǎng)(CNKI)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中中醫(yī)外治尋常型銀屑病的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),將數(shù)據(jù)輸入Excel 2007進(jìn)行分類統(tǒng)計(jì),并歸納總結(jié)中醫(yī)外治尋常型銀屑病的用藥類別特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果共納入相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)115篇,方劑230首。用藥共涉及20類,其中清熱藥使用最多(535次),其次為活血化瘀藥(151次)、攻毒殺蟲(chóng)止癢藥(136次)、補(bǔ)虛藥(115次),累計(jì)頻率為65.20%。清熱藥中以清熱燥濕藥、清熱解毒藥、清熱涼血藥使用最多,使用比例分別占清熱藥的44.11%、30.65%、20.75%�；钛鏊幹幸曰钛{(diào)經(jīng)藥、活血止痛藥使用最多,使用比例分別占活血化瘀藥的47.02%、26.49%。補(bǔ)虛藥中以補(bǔ)血藥、補(bǔ)氣藥使用最多,使用比例分別占補(bǔ)虛藥的53.04%、31.30%。結(jié)論尋常型銀屑病中醫(yī)外治法以清熱涼血、活血化瘀、解毒殺蟲(chóng)止癢、補(bǔ)虛潤(rùn)燥為原則,用藥以清熱藥為主,其次為活血化瘀藥。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the characteristics of Chinese medicine for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods to search the literature related to the external treatment of psoriasis vulgaris in the CNKI database of China from 1965 to 2016, input the data into Excel 2007 for classification and statistics, and summarize the characteristics of the drugs used in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Results A total of 115 articles were included and 230 prescriptions were used. There were 20 kinds of drugs, of which the heatclearing drug was used most 535 times, followed by Huoxue Huayu 151 times, Toxicidal insect antipruritic drug 136 times, tonifying deficiency medicine 115 times, accumulative frequency was 65.20%. Among the antipyretic drugs, heat-clearing and dampness medicine, heat-clearing and detoxifying medicine, and heat-clearing and blood-cooling medicine are the most used, and the proportion of them is 44.110.650.65 and 20.75 respectively. Among the drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, the drugs for activating blood circulation and regulating menstruation and promoting blood circulation were used most frequently, and the proportion of the drugs used was 47.020.26.49 of the drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Among tonifying drugs, blood tonifying medicine and qi tonifying medicine were used most, and the proportion of them were 53.04 and 31.30 respectively. Conclusion the external treatment of psoriasis vulgaris is based on the principles of clearing away heat and cooling blood, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, detoxifying and killing insects and eliminating itching, nourishing deficiency and moistening dryness.
