【摘要】：通過對(duì)古代文獻(xiàn)的梳理,并結(jié)合臨床實(shí)踐的總結(jié),闡述命門理論在高血壓治療中的應(yīng)用原理與方法,提出以下觀點(diǎn):高血壓早期在生理功能、病理變化、發(fā)病機(jī)制方面均與亢奮狀態(tài)相關(guān),而亢奮狀態(tài)可由命門虛不制火導(dǎo)致,命門虛不制火可分為命門真陰不足而相火妄動(dòng)以及命門雷龍之火上浮,前者治以六味地黃丸滋養(yǎng)命門、制火導(dǎo)水,后者治以八味丸溫補(bǔ)命門、引火歸原。以命門理論指導(dǎo)高血壓預(yù)防,當(dāng)以淡泊節(jié)欲、補(bǔ)養(yǎng)陰精、惜養(yǎng)真陽為要。
[Abstract]:By combing the ancient literature and summarizing the clinical practice, this paper expounds the principle and method of the application of the theory of life gate in the treatment of hypertension, and puts forward the following points of view: the early stage of hypertension is related to the state of the hyperactivity in the physiological function, the pathological changes and the pathogenesis, and the hyperactivity can be caused by the deficiency of fire and the fate of the life door can not be made by fire. The former is divided into six flavors of rehmannia pill to nourish the life gate, make fire and guide the water, the latter is treated with eight flavored pills, and the latter is treated with fire.
