【摘要】：目的觀察"鉛錘"式自鎖硅膠線治療高位后馬蹄形肛瘺的臨床療效。方法將32例高位后馬蹄形肛瘺按照隨機(jī)原則分為兩組,試驗(yàn)組采用"鉛錘"式自鎖硅膠線掛線,對(duì)照組采用傳統(tǒng)橡皮筋掛線。結(jié)果在肛門(mén)Wexner評(píng)分、緊線后VAS疼痛評(píng)分、緊線操作簡(jiǎn)易程度方面試驗(yàn)組均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 "鉛錘"式自鎖硅膠線掛線對(duì)肛門(mén)功能有一定的保護(hù)作用,可減輕患者緊線后帶來(lái)的疼痛,簡(jiǎn)化緊線操作。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of lead hammer self-locking silicone thread in the treatment of high post-horseshoe anal fistula. Methods 32 cases of high posterior horseshoe anal fistula were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was treated with "lead hammer" self-locking silicone thread and the control group with traditional rubber band. Results the scores of anal Wexner, the pain of VAS after tightening and the ease of operation were better in the experimental group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion "lead hammer" self-locking silicone thread can protect anus function, alleviate pain caused by tight thread, and simplify the operation of tight thread.
