【摘要】：目的:研究8批不同產(chǎn)地紅涼傘藥材的高效液相色譜指紋圖譜,為紅涼傘藥材的質(zhì)量控制提供依據(jù)。方法:采用Inertsil ODS-3 C18色譜柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈-0.1%磷酸為流動(dòng)相,梯度洗脫,柱溫30℃,流速0.8m L/min,檢測(cè)波長220nm。結(jié)果:以10個(gè)共有峰為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),精密度和重復(fù)性試驗(yàn)中各共有峰相對(duì)保留時(shí)間及相對(duì)峰面積的RSD基本符合要求;非共有峰占比10%,符合指紋圖譜研究技術(shù)要求;8批樣品相似度0.9。結(jié)論:該方法具有良好的準(zhǔn)確性及可控性,可以作為紅涼傘藥材質(zhì)量控制的有效依據(jù)。
