【摘要】：目的:確定藏藥"榜間嘎保"基原植物之一高山龍膽的鑒別特征。方法:采用生藥學常規(guī)方法,對其進行原植物、藥材性狀、顯微特征的觀察;組織、粉末圖用顯微描繪鏡繪制,并對部分顯微特征進行顯微攝影。結(jié)果:確定了高山龍膽"無莖""有莖"的藥材性狀、組織構(gòu)造及粉末的主要鑒別特征,二者在形態(tài)組織學方面差異不大,只在莖的長短,花枝莖中部橫切面皮層、木質(zhì)部與半徑的比例上有所差異。結(jié)論:研究結(jié)果可為藏藥"榜間嘎保"的品種鑒別及質(zhì)量標準的制定提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to identify the identification characteristics of Gentiana gentiana, one of the basic plants of Pangjiangapo. Methods: routine pharmacognosy method was used to observe the characteristics of original plants, medicinal materials and microscopes, and the microscopes and powder maps were plotted with microscopes, and some of the microscopic characteristics were taken by microscopic photography. Results: the medicinal characters, tissue structure and main distinguishing characteristics of the powder of Gentiana gentiana were determined. The difference was not significant in morphology and histology, but only in the length of stem, the transverse cortex in the middle of flower branch stem, and in the middle of stem of flower branch. The ratio of xylem to radius is different. Conclusion: the results can provide a reference for the variety identification and quality standard formulation of Tibetan medicine Bangjianggabao.
