【摘要】：目的觀察涼膈縮桃湯對(duì)小兒急性扁桃體炎肺胃熱盛證的臨床療效及安全性。方法選取60例符合小兒急性扁桃體炎肺胃熱盛證型診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的,年齡在3~14歲的患兒為研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)分為治療組(31例)和對(duì)照組(29例)。治療組給予涼膈縮桃湯,對(duì)照組給予阿奇霉素干混懸劑,兩組均以7天為一個(gè)療程,治療期間合理控制飲食。一個(gè)療程后,通過(guò)中醫(yī)證候分級(jí)量化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)表,觀察兩組患兒治療前后扁桃體紅腫、咽痛、發(fā)熱、咳嗽等癥狀改善情況,比較差異,從統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方面分析并評(píng)估藥物臨床療效。結(jié)果治療組總有效率為93.55%,對(duì)照組總有效率為86.21%,經(jīng)秩和檢驗(yàn),兩組臨床療效比較有顯著性差異(P0.05),治療組總療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。兩組在扁桃體腫大充血、扁桃體化膿、咽痛、發(fā)熱等癥狀改善方面比較有顯著性差異(P0.05),治療組療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。在咳嗽改善、白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)、中性粒細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)變化等方面,兩組比較無(wú)顯著性差異(P0.05),療效相當(dāng)。兩組患兒均未出現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論涼膈縮桃湯治療肺胃熱盛證小兒急性扁桃體炎臨床觀察有效,并在本次臨床觀察中未出現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Liangge shudao decoction in the treatment of acute tonsillitis in children. Methods 60 children with acute tonsillitis were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 31) and control group (n = 29). The treatment group was given Liangge shudao decoction, the control group was given azithromycin dry suspension, both groups were treated with 7 days as a course of treatment. After a course of treatment, the improvement of tonsillar redness, pharynx pain, fever, cough and other symptoms were observed before and after treatment by the quantitative standard table of TCM syndromes, and the difference was compared between the two groups, and the clinical efficacy of the drugs was analyzed and evaluated statistically. Results the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.55 and the total effective rate of the control group was 86.21. By rank sum test, there was a significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups. The total curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. There were significant differences in the improvement of tonsillar enlargement and congestion tonsillar purulent pharynx and fever between the two groups (P 0.05). The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in cough improvement, leukocyte count and neutrophil count between the two groups. There were no adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion Liangge shudao decoction is effective in the treatment of acute tonsillitis in children with hyperthermia of lung and stomach.
