【摘要】：王永炎院士提出"毒損腦絡"理論,認為"毒損腦絡"是阿爾茲海默病重要病機。"毒損腦絡"理論中的"腦絡",相當于現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學的"血腦屏障及其載體功能";而Aβ屬于中醫(yī)的"毒"。阿爾茨海默病中西醫(yī)病機可表述為:Aβ聚集(毒)可損害血腦屏障及其功能(腦絡),而血腦屏障功能破壞(腦絡)也會促進Aβ(毒)的腦內(nèi)聚集。在臨床應用"毒損腦絡"治療阿爾茨海默病過程中,除解毒、化瘀、化痰之外,補腎益氣保護腦絡功能也為常用治療方法。
[Abstract]:Academician Wang Yongyan put forward the theory of "toxic damage to the brain collateral", and considered that "toxic damage to the brain collateral" is an important pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease. " The "brain collateral" in the theory of toxic damage to the cerebral collaterals is equivalent to the blood-brain barrier and its carrier function of modern medicine, while A 尾 belongs to the "poison" of traditional Chinese medicine. The pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease can be described as that the aggregation of A 尾 (toxin) can impair the blood-brain barrier and its function (brain collaterals), and the breakdown of blood brain barrier function (brain collateral) can also promote the brain aggregation of A 尾 (toxin). In the course of treating Alzheimer's disease with toxin, removing blood stasis and resolving phlegm, tonifying kidney and tonifying qi and protecting brain collaterals are also common treatment methods.
