【摘要】：如何發(fā)揮中醫(yī)學(xué)自身方法論優(yōu)勢(shì),融入到信息化時(shí)代,分享信息化的成果,提升中醫(yī)辨證論治的水平和療效,一直是中醫(yī)藥界關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)課題。文章介紹一種以?xún)?yōu)勢(shì)病種知識(shí)為基礎(chǔ)的可量化的中醫(yī)辨證論治平臺(tái),以達(dá)到規(guī)范輔助中醫(yī)優(yōu)勢(shì)病種辨證診療流程,生成具有中醫(yī)特色電子病歷,提高中醫(yī)診療服務(wù)質(zhì)量。平臺(tái)構(gòu)造336種優(yōu)勢(shì)病種知識(shí)庫(kù),在其基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)造一個(gè)新的臨床辨證論治輔助算法,通過(guò)獲取病人癥狀及體質(zhì)量化碼以進(jìn)行辨證分型,從而自動(dòng)推薦治法與處方。在win7平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)了該系統(tǒng)的原型,目前在71家縣級(jí)中醫(yī)醫(yī)院進(jìn)行應(yīng)用,統(tǒng)計(jì)醫(yī)院使用情況,中醫(yī)優(yōu)勢(shì)病種診療的適應(yīng)率達(dá)85%左右,89.46%以上的電子處方可實(shí)現(xiàn)智能輔助辨證,說(shuō)明本系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用可行性。
[Abstract]:How to give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) methodology, integrate into the information age, share the achievements of informatization, and improve the level and efficacy of TCM dialectical treatment, has been the focus of attention in TCM. This paper introduces a quantifiable platform of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment based on the knowledge of superior diseases, in order to standardize the process of diagnosis and treatment of TCM dominant diseases, to produce electronic medical records with TCM characteristics, and to improve the service quality of TCM diagnosis and treatment. On the basis of constructing 336 kinds of superior disease knowledge base, the platform constructs a new assistant algorithm of clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment, which can automatically recommend treatment methods and prescriptions by obtaining patients' symptoms and physical fitness quantization codes for syndrome differentiation and classification. The prototype of the system was implemented on the win7 platform. At present, 71 county-level Chinese medicine hospitals were applied. According to the usage of the hospital, the adaptability rate of diagnosis and treatment of superior diseases of traditional Chinese medicine reached 85% or more than 89.46% of the electronic prescriptions, which could realize intelligent assistant syndrome differentiation. The feasibility of the application of this system is explained.
