【摘要】：目的:運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)分析著作類針灸處方規(guī)律,收集整理著作類針灸治療痞滿的處方腧穴優(yōu)選規(guī)律及腧穴配伍優(yōu)選規(guī)律譜,為現(xiàn)代臨床針灸治療痞滿穴位優(yōu)選提供有力理論依據(jù)。方法:通過查閱1612部著作,最后整理出符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的針灸治療痞滿處方有909條�；跀�(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù),運(yùn)用中醫(yī)傳承輔助平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)軟件(V2.5),總結(jié)著作類針灸治療痞滿的腧穴優(yōu)選與配伍優(yōu)選規(guī)律進(jìn)行總結(jié)和分析。結(jié)果:本研究顯示,經(jīng)過對(duì)909條針灸處方進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)錄入與分析,將其進(jìn)行腧穴頻次統(tǒng)計(jì),主穴共179個(gè),總頻次為3095次,平均17.29次。腧穴頻次分析結(jié)果:以中脘、足三里、內(nèi)關(guān)、胃俞、公孫居多;經(jīng)脈關(guān)聯(lián)分析結(jié)果:以任脈、足陽明胃經(jīng)和足太陽膀胱經(jīng)為主;部位關(guān)聯(lián)分析結(jié)果:以下肢部與胸腹部腧穴居多;特定穴關(guān)聯(lián)分析結(jié)果:以五輸穴、原穴為主;腧穴配伍關(guān)聯(lián)分析:為中脘與足三里、內(nèi)關(guān)與足三里、內(nèi)關(guān)與中脘配伍居多;經(jīng)腧穴處方復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析:為中脘、內(nèi)關(guān)、足三里組合最多。結(jié)論:著作類中針灸治療痞滿腧穴優(yōu)選規(guī)律主要有:以循經(jīng)選穴、按部位選穴、特定穴選穴為主。針灸治療痞滿腧穴配伍規(guī)律主要有:以上下配穴法、前后配穴法、合募配穴法、俞募配穴法、絡(luò)穴與下合穴配穴法和絡(luò)穴與募穴配穴法為主。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the law of acupuncture and moxibustion prescription in works by using data mining technology, and to collect and sort out the law of optimal selection of prescription acupoints and the law of optimal selection of acupoints compatibility. To provide a powerful theoretical basis for the selection of acupuncture and moxibustion in modern clinical treatment of Puyiman acupoints. Methods: 1612 books were reviewed, and 909 prescriptions of acupuncture and moxibustion were sorted out. Based on data mining technology, this paper summarizes and analyzes the rules of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion for the optimal selection and compatibility of acupoints. Results: according to the data input and analysis of 909 acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions, the frequency of acupoints was counted. There were 179 main points, the total frequency was 3095, with an average of 17.29. The results of frequency analysis of acupoints: Zhongwan, Zusanli, Neiguan, Weishu, Gongsun, meridian correlation analysis results: Renmai, foot Yangming stomach Meridian and foot Sun bladder Meridian; The results of site correlation analysis were as follows: the acupoints of lower limbs and chest and abdomen were the majority; the results of specific acupoint correlation analysis were as follows: the main points were Wuyu points, the original points were the main points, the combination of acupoints was Zhongwan and Zusanli, and the combination of Neiguan and Zhongwan was the most. Complex network analysis of acupoints prescription: Zhongwan, Neiguan, Zusanli combination is the most. Conclusion: the main rules of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating Piman acupoints are as follows: selecting points along meridians, selecting points according to position and selecting points at specific points. The compatibility rules of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating Piman acupoints are as follows: the above method of combining acupoints, the method of combining points before and after, the method of combining acupoints with acupoints, the method of combining points with points of collaterals and lower points, and the method of matching points of collaterals and acupoints.
