【摘要】：目的:探討四通膠囊治療下肢深靜脈血栓形成的療效及機(jī)制。方法:按照入選標(biāo)準(zhǔn),將納入的60例患者隨機(jī)分成兩組,治療組30例,對(duì)照組30例。兩組均采用尿激酶、低分子肝素鈣、丹參注射液及中藥湯劑治療。治療組給予四通膠囊口服,對(duì)照組給予血塞通片口服。觀察兩組總療效、中醫(yī)證候總積分、肢體周徑差、D-二聚體、纖維蛋白原的含量及靜脈通暢率的變化。結(jié)果:治療組的總有效率為90.00%,對(duì)照組的總有效率73.33%(P0.05)。治療組及對(duì)照組中醫(yī)證候總積分治療后較治療前均顯著降低(P0.01),兩組患者治療后中醫(yī)證候總積分治療組低于對(duì)照組(P0.05);治療組及對(duì)照組周徑差治療后較治療前均顯著降低(P0.01),兩組患者治療后周徑差治療組低于對(duì)照組(P0.05);治療組及對(duì)照組D-二聚體含量治療后第30天較治療前均顯著降低(P0.01),兩組患者治療后第15天、第30天D-二聚體含量治療組低于對(duì)照組(P0.05);治療組及對(duì)照組纖維蛋白原治療后較治療前均顯著降低(P0.01),兩組患者治療后纖維蛋白原治療組低于對(duì)照組(P0.05);治療組及對(duì)照組靜脈通暢總評(píng)分治療后較治療前均顯著降低(P0.01),兩組患者治療后靜脈通暢率治療組高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:四通膠囊對(duì)下肢深靜脈血栓形成患者有較好的療效,能改善患肢腫痛等臨床癥狀,促進(jìn)靜脈再通,而且臨床無(wú)不良反應(yīng),可靠、安全,可以推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Sitong capsule on deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity. Methods: according to the inclusion criteria, 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). Both groups were treated with urokinase, low molecular weight heparin calcium, salvia miltiorrhiza injection and traditional Chinese medicine decoction. The treatment group was treated with Sitong capsule and the control group with Xuesaitong tablet. The changes of total curative effect, total integral of TCM syndromes, D-dimer, fibrinogen content and patency rate of vein were observed. Results: the total effective rate was 90.00g in the treatment group and 73.33 in the control group. The total integral of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and control group was significantly lower than that before treatment, the total integral of TCM syndrome in the two groups was lower than that in the control group after treatment, and that in the treatment group and control group was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment. After treatment, the dimer content in the treatment group and the control group was significantly lower than that in the control group on the 30th day after treatment, and at the 15th day after treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups on the 15th day after treatment, and the concentration of D-dimer in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group on the 30th day after treatment. On the 30th day, the content of D-dimer in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P 0.05A), the fibrinogen content in the treatment group and the control group was significantly lower than that before treatment, and the fibrinogen content in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after treatment (P 0.05), and that in the treatment group and control group was lower than that in the control group. The total score of venous patency in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment, and the patency rate of the two groups was higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: Sitong capsule has better curative effect on patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity, can improve clinical symptoms such as swelling and pain of affected limbs, promote vein recanalization, and it has no adverse reaction, is reliable, safe and can be popularized and applied.
