【摘要】：目的:觀察撳針治療股外側(cè)皮神經(jīng)炎的臨床效果。方法:這次研究收集長(zhǎng)春中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院達(dá)到納入要求患者60例,依照就診時(shí)間先后隨機(jī)方法平均分為兩組,治療組采用撳針治療,對(duì)照組給予單純針刺治療,一個(gè)療程后觀察結(jié)果。結(jié)果:治療組與對(duì)照組在性別(P0.05)、年齡(P0.05)、病程(P0.05)、vas積分表,以上幾項(xiàng)治療前P值均0.05,提示治療組與對(duì)照組具備可比性。兩組組內(nèi)治療后對(duì)比vas積分(P0.05)、疼痛緩解時(shí)間(P0.05)、疼痛持續(xù)時(shí)間(P0.05),提示治療組與對(duì)照組通過(guò)治療后以上幾方面均有所改善。兩組組間治療后對(duì)比vas積分(P0.05)、疼痛緩解時(shí)間(P0.05)、疼痛持續(xù)時(shí)間(P0.05)、總有效率(P0.05)、復(fù)發(fā)率(P0.05),提示撳針治療組效果顯著高于針刺對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:撳針治療股外側(cè)皮神經(jīng)炎可縮短患者疼痛時(shí)間,減輕患者疼痛程度,降低復(fù)發(fā)率,且在總效率上明顯優(yōu)于單純針刺組,綜合以上,撳針治療股外側(cè)皮神經(jīng)炎值得在臨床上推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis. Methods: this study collected 60 patients from the first affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine. According to the time of treatment, they were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group was treated with press acupuncture, and the control group was treated with simple acupuncture. The results were observed after a course of treatment. Results: in the treatment group and the control group, the sex of P0.05, the age of P0.05, the course of the disease P0.05 / vas integral table, the above several items before treatment P value were 0.05, suggesting that the treatment group and the control group are comparable. The vas score, pain relief time and pain duration were compared between the two groups after treatment, indicating that the treatment group and the control group were improved after treatment. After treatment, the scores of vas, pain relief, pain duration, total effective rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups (P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, respectively), which indicated that the effect of acupuncture treatment group was significantly higher than that of acupuncture control group. Conclusion: the treatment of lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis with press acupuncture can shorten the time of pain, reduce the degree of pain and reduce the recurrence rate, and the total efficiency is obviously better than that of the simple acupuncture group. The treatment of lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis by pressing acupuncture is worth popularizing in clinic.
