【摘要】：目的:評價補腎活血中藥復(fù)方治療男性免疫性不育的療效和安全性,為其在臨床的應(yīng)用提供循證醫(yī)學(xué)的依據(jù)。方法:檢索1995年1月至2015年12月補腎活血中藥復(fù)方治療男性免疫性不育的隨機對照研究文獻,運用Jadad量表評價納入文獻的方法學(xué)質(zhì)量,用Rev Man5.3軟件完成統(tǒng)計和系統(tǒng)評價。結(jié)果:共15篇文獻包含1841例患者納入本項研究。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示,治療組在提高患者配偶妊娠率以及提高患者抗精子抗體轉(zhuǎn)陰率方面均優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:補腎活血中藥治療男性免疫性不育有較好的療效,但由于現(xiàn)有試驗的方法學(xué)質(zhì)量普遍較低,目前尚無足夠證據(jù)支持其治療應(yīng)用,需要更多高質(zhì)量、大樣本的隨機對照試驗評價其療效和安全性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Bushen Huoxue compound in the treatment of male immune infertility and to provide evidence-based medicine for its clinical application. Methods: from January 1995 to December 2015, a randomized controlled study on the treatment of male immune infertility with Bushen Huoxue compound was searched. Jadad scale was used to evaluate the methodological quality of the literature included, and the statistical and systematic evaluation was completed with the software Rev Man5.3. Results: a total of 15 articles including 1841 patients were included in this study. Meta-analysis showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the pregnancy rate of spouses and the negative rate of anti-sperm antibody. Conclusion: Chinese medicine for tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation has a better curative effect on male immune infertility. However, because the methodological quality of current trials is generally low, there is not enough evidence to support its application, and more high quality is needed. The efficacy and safety of large-sample randomized controlled trials were evaluated.
