【摘要】：目的:以朝醫(yī)四象理論為基礎(chǔ),應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代科技儀器,電刺激上肢正中神經(jīng)來檢測其體感誘發(fā)電位(SEP),聯(lián)合朝醫(yī)體質(zhì)辨象,觀察和分析朝醫(yī)四象人各體質(zhì)類型在神經(jīng)傳導功能上的特點,探討在朝醫(yī)四象理論的基礎(chǔ)上體感誘發(fā)電位各參數(shù)男女間的關(guān)系,希望能將其應(yīng)用到朝醫(yī)學的臨床診療工作中,相信對朝醫(yī)學的辨象診斷和臨床治療會提供一定的幫助,對朝醫(yī)學的學術(shù)發(fā)展也會具有一定的積極意義。方法:實驗室室溫保持在25攝氏度左右,且濕度適中,除去檢查設(shè)備,一些可發(fā)出電磁干擾的設(shè)備,儀器,如手機等,需關(guān)機或禁止帶入,被試者需保持安靜平穩(wěn)的狀態(tài)。①實驗對象為延邊大學160名健康在校生,其中男性61名,女性99名,年齡為18至24歲之間(平均年齡20.64±1.42歲),檢測其體感誘發(fā)電位(SEP)。②所有志愿者根據(jù)本人實際情況自行填寫辨象調(diào)查表。在自行填寫調(diào)查表后,還要對志愿者進行圖像信息的采集,分別采集全身正面、側(cè)面及背面圖像,還有面部正面特寫圖像。通過整理調(diào)查表,再對志愿者整體形態(tài)及頭面部進行觀察對比,進而由多名在臨床工作中擁有豐富辨象經(jīng)驗的專家組,結(jié)合上述各種方式所采集到的信息,對志愿者們進行四象人體質(zhì)類型的分辨工作。③應(yīng)用體感誘發(fā)電位的檢測應(yīng)用肌電圖誘發(fā)電位儀-海鯊-NDI-092(上海海神醫(yī)療電子儀器有限公司)來檢測志愿者的體感誘發(fā)電位。實驗進行時,志愿者呈閉目養(yǎng)神的狀態(tài),全身放松,在實驗床上側(cè)臥,心態(tài)放平靜。應(yīng)用電刺激左右正中神經(jīng)分別檢測160名志愿者的SEP。④檢測正中神經(jīng)SEP,需記錄刺激開始至各誘發(fā)成分間的傳導時間、波形及波幅等。⑤比較分析四象組間及四象組間男女、四象組內(nèi)男女間體感誘發(fā)電位各波的參數(shù)。⑥對上述所得數(shù)據(jù)進行整理、統(tǒng)計、分析,探討四象人體質(zhì)各類型不同臟局所致的內(nèi)環(huán)境與神經(jīng)傳導功能上的關(guān)聯(lián)性。結(jié)果:①在160名志愿者中,太陰人94名,約占58.8%;少陽人39名,約占24.4%;少陰人25名,約占15.6%;太陽人2名,約占1.3%。在四象組間,太陰人在體重方面明顯重于少陽人(P0.05),在年齡、身高方面無顯著性差異(P0.05)。②左右體N13波潛伏期(N130nset,以下簡稱N13a)、N13波峰(N13Peak,以下簡稱N13b)、N13波結(jié)束時間(N13End,以下簡稱N13c)太陰人、少陽人以及少陰人之間均無明顯差異(P0.05)。③太陰人右體N20波潛伏期(N200nset,以下簡稱 N20a)、N20 波峰(N20Peak,以下簡稱 N20b)、N20 波結(jié)束時間(N20End,以下簡稱N20c)均較少陽人延長,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);④太陰人右體N13波N20波潛伏期間期(N13 Onset-N20 Onset,以下簡稱N13a-N20a)和波峰間期(N13Peak-N20Peak,以下簡稱N13b-N20b)較少陽人、少陰人延長,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);⑤在少陽人組內(nèi),女性左體N13波峰(N13Peak,以下簡稱N13b)及N13b-N20b較男性延長,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:1.四象人一般情況:太陰人在體重方面明顯重于少陽人(P0.05)。2.N20波:太陰人N20a、N20b、N20c較少陽人延長(P0.05);太陰人N20b、N20c較少陰人延長(P0.05)。左體:太陰人N20c較少陰人延長(P0.01)。3.N13-N20波:右體:太陰人N13a-N20a及N13b-N20b較少陽人及少陰人延長(P0.05);左體:太陰人N13b-N20b較少陰人延長(P0.05)。4.在少陽人組內(nèi),女性左體N13b、N13b-N20b較男性延長,(P0.05)。5.太陰人體質(zhì)血濁氣澀,而且平時對于油膩、甘甜、味道重的食物比較喜愛,性格上喜歡安靜不愛運動,導致體內(nèi)氣血運行的狀態(tài)沒有其他象人那么通暢,因此在神經(jīng)傳導方面,體感誘發(fā)電位各波的參數(shù)與其它象體質(zhì)相比有明顯的延長。6.少陽人體質(zhì)多陽少陰,喜動不喜靜,在此基礎(chǔ)上女性相對男性體質(zhì)偏陰,且喜靜,運動量比男性明顯偏少,體內(nèi)氣血運行狀態(tài)相對較慢,在神經(jīng)傳導方面體感誘發(fā)電位各波的參數(shù)對比男性有所延長,這種情況少陽人要比其它象體質(zhì)更明顯。
