【摘要】：目的觀察并比較電針與減肥儀治療對中心性肥胖患者腰圍的影響。方法將147例患者簡單隨機分為電針組、減肥儀組,觀察患者的腰圍、體重變化和相關伴隨癥狀改善情況。結果電針組與減肥儀組患者腰圍、體重在第5次與第10次治療后極顯著減小(P0.01)。電針組與減肥儀組對患者腰圍、體重減少程度及有效率比較均無顯著差異(P0.05)。結論電針與減肥儀都能有效使中心性肥胖患者腰圍減小、體重減輕且療效相當,但電針在改善患者整體不適和伴隨癥狀方面稍優(yōu)于減肥儀。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe and compare the effect of electroacupuncture and weight-loss instrument on waist circumference of patients with central obesity. Methods 147 patients were randomly divided into electroacupuncture group and slimming instrument group. The waist circumference, weight change and the improvement of associated symptoms were observed. Results the waist circumference of the patients in the electroacupuncture group and the slimming instrument group was significantly decreased after the 5th and 10th treatment. There was no significant difference in waist circumference, weight loss and effective rate between electroacupuncture group and slimming instrument group (P 0.05). Conclusion both electroacupuncture and slimming instrument can effectively reduce the waist circumference of the patients with central obesity, and the weight loss is similar, but electroacupuncture is better than the slimming instrument in improving the overall discomfort and accompanying symptoms of the patients.
