【摘要】：通元針法是以五臟背俞穴通督養(yǎng)神,并以腹部任脈及腹募穴為主引氣歸元的治療大法,同時依據(jù)病情可配合開四關或五輸穴,參以針灸補瀉手法。文章通過剖析通元針法治療少陰偏頭痛的處方及理論依據(jù),總結(jié)賴新生教授應用通元針法為主治療少陰偏頭痛的經(jīng)驗,認為通元針法具有獨特優(yōu)勢,值得進一步探討及研究。
[Abstract]:Tongyuan needling method is the treatment of nourishing spirit with five viscera back Shu point Tongdu nourishing spirit and main entrapment of abdomen and ventral raising point. At the same time, it can be combined with opening four passes or five transfusion points according to the condition of illness, and taking acupuncture and moxibustion reinforcing and reducing technique. Based on the analysis of the prescription and theoretical basis of Tongyuan acupuncture for treating less yin migraine, this article summarizes the experience of Professor Lai Sheng in treating less yin migraine with Tongyuan acupuncture method. It is considered that Tongyuan acupuncture method has unique advantages and is worthy of further discussion and study.
