【摘要】：張仲景在治療咳嗽上氣病時(shí),有表里、寒熱、虛實(shí)之分。病位在里以寒飲為主者,治宜溫肺化飲,止咳平喘;病久化熱者,應(yīng)在化濕治本的基礎(chǔ)上,加清熱瀉火和清熱解毒之品;病位在表,屬于表里并重者,治宜發(fā)汗解表。同時(shí)根據(jù)病情常配伍宣肺止咳、溫肺化飲、化痰、解表與調(diào)和營(yíng)衛(wèi)、清熱、斂肺止咳、瀉肺利水等藥,后世醫(yī)家亦在仲景的基礎(chǔ)上另有配伍補(bǔ)氣養(yǎng)血藥和補(bǔ)腎定喘藥。
[Abstract]:Zhang Zhongjing in the treatment of cough Qi disease, there are surface, cold and heat, deficiency. The disease position is mainly in the cold drink, the treatment is suitable for warming the lung drink, stopping cough and relieving asthma; if the disease has long changed heat, on the basis of removing dampness and treating the root cause, it should be added to the product of clearing away heat, reducing fire and clearing heat and detoxification; the disease position is on the surface, which belongs to the same emphasis in the surface, and the treatment should be based on sweating and resolving the table. At the same time according to the disease often combined with Xuanfei cough, Wenfei Huayu, phlegm, release and reconciliation of Ying Wei, heat, cough control lung, diarrhea, lung, water, and so on, later physicians also in Zhongjing on the basis of another combination of Qi and nourishing blood and tonifying kidney and asthma medicine.
