【摘要】：近年來中醫(yī)藥在乳腺癌綜合治療中發(fā)揮了獨(dú)特作用并有重要地位。此綜述回顧總結(jié)了中醫(yī)對(duì)乳腺癌病因病機(jī)的認(rèn)識(shí),將中醫(yī)辨證論治與疾病分期及診療技術(shù)相結(jié)合,拓展中醫(yī)理論內(nèi)涵,豐富乳腺癌中西醫(yī)結(jié)合理論基礎(chǔ)。介紹了中醫(yī)藥的實(shí)際臨床應(yīng)用及療效,如改善術(shù)后并發(fā)癥、對(duì)抗化療耐藥性、降低放化療副反應(yīng)、減輕內(nèi)分泌治療的副作用、提高生活質(zhì)量及延長生存期等方面,通過對(duì)中醫(yī)藥干預(yù)乳腺癌的實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究,進(jìn)一步證實(shí)了中醫(yī)藥多途徑、多靶點(diǎn)的藥用特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Chinese medicine has played a unique role and played an important role in comprehensive treatment of breast cancer. This review summarizes the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of breast cancer in TCM, combines TCM syndrome differentiation with disease staging and diagnosis and treatment technology, expands the theoretical connotation of TCM, and enriches the theoretical basis of combination of TCM and Western medicine in breast cancer. The practical clinical application and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine were introduced, such as improving postoperative complications, resisting chemoresistance, reducing side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, alleviating side effects of endocrine therapy, improving quality of life and prolonging life span, etc. Through the laboratory research on the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on breast cancer, the medical characteristics of multi-channel and multi-target of traditional Chinese medicine were further confirmed.
