【摘要】：目的:通過紅外熱像技術(shù),觀察中醫(yī)體質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化分?jǐn)?shù)與人體各部位左右溫度平衡之間的關(guān)系。方法:開展隨機(jī)交叉對(duì)照試驗(yàn),分別觀察無外熱源(不艾灸)和有外熱源(穴位艾灸)的情況下,人體左右溫度差(ΔI)與9種中醫(yī)體質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化分?jǐn)?shù)之間的相關(guān)性。受試者均為健康男性青年,共36例。艾灸部位為神闕、氣海穴或左右足三里,每穴灸20 min。結(jié)果:不艾灸時(shí),特z質(zhì)與眼部和腹部ΔI之間均有顯著的負(fù)相關(guān)性(P0.01);艾灸神闕氣海穴后,特z質(zhì)與正面小腿ΔI之間存在顯著負(fù)相關(guān)性(P0.01);艾灸足三里后,氣虛質(zhì)與背上部ΔI之間成顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.01)。結(jié)論:中醫(yī)體質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化分?jǐn)?shù)與人體左右溫度平衡之間存在一定的相關(guān)性,深入的研究將有助于中醫(yī)體質(zhì)分類的客觀化。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the relationship between the physical transformation fraction of TCM and the left and right temperature balance of human body by infrared thermography. Methods: a randomized cross controlled trial was conducted to observe the correlation between human left and right temperature difference (螖 I) and the conversion scores of 9 kinds of TCM constitution under the condition of no external heat source (no moxibustion) or external heat source (acupoint moxibustion). The subjects were all healthy male youth, 36 cases. Moxibustion site for Shenque, Qi-Hai or left and right Zusanli, each point moxibustion 20 minutes. Results: after moxibustion, there was a significant negative correlation between z quality and 螖 I of the eye and abdomen (P 0.01); after moxibustion at Qihai point in Shenque que, there was a significant negative correlation between z quality and 螖 I of the front calf (P 0.01); after moxibustion at Zusanli, there was a significant negative correlation between z quality and 螖 I of the front leg. There was a significant negative correlation between deficiency of qi and 螖 I of upper back. Conclusion: there is a certain correlation between TCM physique conversion fraction and human left and right temperature balance, and further study will be helpful to the objectification of TCM constitution classification.
