【摘要】：目的:探討柴桂溫膽定志湯對(duì)癲癇患者的臨床療效及對(duì)腦電圖變化的影響。方法:選取2014年1月~2015年12月在河北醫(yī)科大學(xué)第三醫(yī)院確診并進(jìn)行治療的74例癲癇患者作為研究對(duì)象,采用抽簽法隨機(jī)分為觀察組及對(duì)照組各37例,兩組患者均常規(guī)給予抗癲癇藥物進(jìn)行治療,觀察組同時(shí)給予柴桂溫膽定志湯治療,治療3個(gè)月后進(jìn)行療效分析。結(jié)果:觀察組患者的控顯率顯著高于對(duì)照組,意識(shí)狀態(tài)、意識(shí)障礙持續(xù)時(shí)間、強(qiáng)直持續(xù)時(shí)間、抽搐持續(xù)時(shí)間及癥狀總積分均顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),血清IL-2、TNF-α含量均顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:柴桂溫膽定志湯對(duì)癲癇患者具有較好的臨床效果,能顯著改善患者的癲癇發(fā)作癥狀。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of Chai Gui Wentian Dingzhi decoction (QWDD) on epileptic patients and its effect on electroencephalogram (EEG). Methods: 74 epileptic patients who were diagnosed and treated in the third Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 37) and control group (n = 37). The patients in both groups were treated with antiepileptic drugs and those in the observation group were treated with Qaigui Wentian Dingzhi decoction and the curative effect was analyzed after 3 months of treatment. Results: the significant control rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The state of consciousness, the duration of disturbance of consciousness, the duration of ankylosis, the duration of convulsions and the total score of symptoms were all significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05), and the content of serum IL-2 TNF- 偽 was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: Chaigui Wentian Dingzhi decoction has better clinical effect on epileptic patients and can significantly improve the epileptic seizure symptoms.
