【摘要】：目的通過整理針灸教材中關于治療脫肛的穴位,歸納總結出治療脫肛的同功穴。方法基于網絡檢索和人工檢索兩種途徑,在30部針灸教材中檢索主要治療脫肛的腧穴,總結分析脫肛的同功穴及其規(guī)律,并對其進行頻次、歸經、所在部位的統(tǒng)計分析,同時與《中華人民共和國國家標準·腧穴主治GB/T30233-2013》進行對照。結果 30部針灸教材中治療脫肛的同功穴有24個,經脈以督脈和任脈為主,部位以胸腹、腰背和腰骶部為主;《中華人民共和國國家標準·腧穴主治GB/T30233-2013》中主治脫肛的腧穴有4個,僅承扶一穴與30部現(xiàn)代針灸教材中主治脫肛的同功穴有所不同。結論選取主治作用相同或相近的同功穴為現(xiàn)代臨床針灸治療脫肛提供最佳的選穴方案及科研思路,進一步佐證腧穴配伍的協(xié)同增效作用,提高臨床針灸治療脫肛的療效。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the points of anus removal in acupuncture teaching materials. Methods based on the two methods of network retrieval and artificial retrieval, 30 acupuncture textbooks were used to search the acupoints which were mainly used to treat anus removal, and to summarize and analyze the same points and their rules of anus removal, and to make statistical analysis on the frequency, return to the meridian and the location of the acupoints. At the same time, it was compared with the National Standard of the people's Republic of China (GB/T30233-2013). Results among the 30 acupuncture textbooks, there were 24 points of the same work, the meridians were mainly the du pulse and the Ren pulse, the main sites were chest and abdomen, waist and back and lumbosacral part, and there were 4 acupoints in the National Standard of the people's Republic of China for the treatment of GB/T30233-2013. Only Chengfu 1 point is different from 30 modern acupuncture teaching materials. Conclusion selecting the same or similar points with the same or similar main therapeutic effect provides the best point selection scheme and scientific research idea for the treatment of anus removal in modern clinical acupuncture and moxibustion, which further proves the synergistic effect of acupoint compatibility and improves the curative effect of clinical acupuncture and moxibustion on anal removal.
