從“無(wú)”與“有”的關(guān)系探索三焦理論及其臨床運(yùn)用

【摘要】:目的:明確三焦之“有名而無(wú)形”的本義,理清臟腑三焦與部位三焦的區(qū)別與聯(lián)系,總結(jié)并闡釋三焦理論,并通過(guò)臨床研究(結(jié)合具體病案)印證三焦理論以指導(dǎo)臨床。方法:1.文獻(xiàn)檢索法:以三焦作為關(guān)鍵詞在中國(guó)期刊網(wǎng)及廣州中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)圖書館進(jìn)行檢索,收集對(duì)三焦形質(zhì)進(jìn)行論述的期刊論文及著作;以“無(wú)與有”作為關(guān)鍵詞在廣州中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)圖書館進(jìn)行檢索,收集相關(guān)的古藉。2.驗(yàn)案分析法:通過(guò)收集導(dǎo)師吳智兵門診醫(yī)案及其他醫(yī)師醫(yī)案,選取相關(guān)醫(yī)案分析以印證三焦理論以臨床。結(jié)果:1.收集了對(duì)三焦形質(zhì)進(jìn)行論述的期刊論文5篇、著作11部;收集了對(duì)“無(wú)”與“有”進(jìn)行論述的相關(guān)著作5部;選取了驗(yàn)案3例。2.通過(guò)總結(jié)相關(guān)論文的論述,明確了三焦的爭(zhēng)論點(diǎn):形質(zhì)的“無(wú)”與“有”。3.通過(guò)相關(guān)著作中對(duì)“無(wú)”與“有”的論述總結(jié)了二者的關(guān)系:(1)“有”恃“無(wú)”而生,但“無(wú)”并非直接生成有,而是具備生化萬(wàn)物的勢(shì)能;(2)“無(wú)”為“有”即萬(wàn)物提供空間,使萬(wàn)物在其中生存發(fā)展,萬(wàn)物之間也相互聯(lián)系,形成一平衡狀態(tài)而為萬(wàn)物的生存發(fā)展提供一基礎(chǔ)。并以此取類比象,運(yùn)用于人體。4.通過(guò)系統(tǒng)闡述“無(wú)”的意義,對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)重新進(jìn)行分析,闡述了三焦之無(wú)形,無(wú)之以為用,而為其當(dāng)中的各臟腑經(jīng)絡(luò)、形體官竅提供存在的空間。三焦為氣血津液的通道,故而其在功能上,為機(jī)體以五臟為中心的5個(gè)系統(tǒng)的功能整合,即氣化以保持三焦的暢通,使氣血津液能周流不息。5.分析了氣郁、痰飲、瘀血的形成機(jī)制及其相互聯(lián)系,進(jìn)一步論述了三焦理論。6.分析3個(gè)驗(yàn)案,印證三焦理論并總結(jié)其臨床應(yīng)用。結(jié)論:三焦之無(wú)形,無(wú)之以為用,而為其當(dāng)中的各臟腑經(jīng)絡(luò)、形體官竅提供存在的空間;其功能則為五臟為中心的5個(gè)系統(tǒng)的功能整合,即氣化以保持三焦的暢通,使氣血津液在其中能暢通運(yùn)行而周流不息。各種病理產(chǎn)物為三焦因各種病因使氣血津液在其中運(yùn)行不暢而形成,須在理氣、化痰、活血的基礎(chǔ)上,為恢復(fù)三焦的通暢,兼顧各臟腑對(duì)各種病理產(chǎn)物形成所起的作用上整體待之,以使氣血津液暢通運(yùn)行而周流不息。
[Abstract]:Objective: to clarify the original meaning of "famous but invisible" of Sanjiao, to clarify the difference and relation between the three Jiao of the viscera and the part, to summarize and explain the theory of the three coke, and to confirm the theory of the three Jiao through clinical research (combined with specific medical records) to guide the clinical practice. Method 1: 1. Literature Retrieval: using Sanjiao as a key word in the Chinese Journal Network and the library of Guangzhou University of traditional Chinese Medicine to collect the journal papers and works on Sanjiao. To "none and have" as the keyword in Guangzhou University of traditional Chinese Medicine library to carry out the search, collect the relevant ancient nationality. 2. Case analysis: through collecting the medical records of Wu Zhibing outpatient clinic and other doctors, selecting relevant medical records to confirm the theory of Sanjiao. The result is 1: 1. This paper has collected 5 papers and 11 books on tri-coke quality, collected 5 related works on "none" and "you", and selected 3 cases. By summing up the discussion of related papers, this paper clarifies the issues of Sanjiao: the form of "none" and "you". 3. This paper sums up the relationship between "Wu" and "you" in the relevant works: "there is nothing", but "nothing" is not directly generated, but has the potential energy of biochemistry. ("none" provides space for "being", that is, all things. In which all things exist and develop, all things are related to each other, forming a balanced state and providing a foundation for the survival and development of all things. And with this analogy image, applied to the human body. 4. By systematically expounding the meaning of "nil", analyzing the related literature again, this paper expounds the invisible of the three Jiao, which can be used for the purpose, and provides the space for the existence of the organs and meridians and the official orifices of the body. Tri-Jiao is the passage of qi, blood and body fluid, so its function is the function integration of five systems centered on the five viscera, that is, gasification to maintain the smooth flow of the three Jiao, so that the fluid of qi and blood can flow continuously .5. This paper analyzes the formation mechanism of qi depression, phlegm and blood stasis and their interrelation, and further discusses the theory of Sanjiao. 6. Three cases were analyzed to confirm the theory of Sanjiao and to sum up its clinical application. Conclusion: the function of the three Jiao is the function integration of the five systems centered on the five viscera, that is, gasification in order to keep the smooth flow of the three Jiao, and to provide the space for the existence of the organs and meridians, and the official orifices of the body. So that qi and blood fluid in which can run smoothly and flow. All kinds of pathological products are formed because of various etiological factors, which make qi, blood and body fluid run unobstructed. On the basis of regulating qi, resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation, we must restore the unobstructed flow of the three coke. The function of various viscera organs on the formation of various pathological products should be taken into account in order to make qi, blood and body fluid run smoothly and flow continuously.
