【摘要】：目的:探討助孕湯對排卵障礙性不孕患者卵泡發(fā)育及子宮血流的影響。方法:選取排卵障礙性不孕癥患者102例,隨機分為治療組和對照組,各51例。對照組給予克羅米芬治療,治療組給予助孕湯進行治療,均治療3個療程,每個療程3個月。比較兩組卵泡發(fā)育情況、子宮血流動力學(xué)指標、促排卵療效及妊娠率。結(jié)果:治療組總有效率為82.4%,妊娠率為21.6%;對照組總有效率為74.5%,妊娠率為17.6%,兩組療效和妊娠率比較,差異不顯著,均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療前后,兩組正常排卵和無排卵比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,治療組正常排卵優(yōu)于對照組,P0.05。治療后,治療組和對照組子宮動脈搏動指數(shù)PI、阻力指數(shù)RI對比,差異顯著,治療組子宮血流動力學(xué)指標優(yōu)于對照組,P0.05。結(jié)論:助孕湯與臨床首選藥克羅米芬在治療排卵障礙性不孕癥的療效和妊娠成功率方面的作用是相似的,但助孕湯可促進卵泡的生長發(fā)育;可促進子宮和微循環(huán)血流增加,組織器官血流灌注量充盈,進而促進卵泡生長發(fā)育,從而達到助孕作用,療效優(yōu)于克羅米芬。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of Zhuyong decoction on follicle development and uterine blood flow in infertile patients with ovulatory disorder. Methods: 102 infertile patients with ovulatory disorder were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 51 cases each. The control group was treated with clomiphene and the treatment group was treated with Zhuyong decoction. Follicular development, uterine hemodynamics, ovulation promotion and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups. Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 82.4 and the pregnancy rate was 21.6.The total effective rate of the control group was 74.5and the pregnancy rate was 17.6. There was no significant difference in the curative effect and pregnancy rate between the two groups (P 0.05). The difference of normal ovulation and anovulation between the two groups was statistically significant before and after treatment, and the normal ovulation in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P 0.05). After treatment, the uterine artery pulsatility index (Pi) and resistance index (RI) in the treatment group and the control group were significantly different, and the uterine hemodynamic index in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of ZYT is similar to that of clomiphene in the treatment of ovulatory infertility, but it can promote the growth of follicle and increase the blood flow of uterus and microcirculation. The blood perfusion of tissue and organ was filled, and the follicle growth and development were promoted, and the effect was better than that of clomiphene.
