【摘要】：目的:本研究旨在探索熱敏灸治療神經(jīng)根型頸椎病(CSR)的臨床療效和對肌電圖F波的影響,并與電針加TDP療法進行差異性比較,從而為針灸治療神經(jīng)根型頸椎病選擇更有效的治療方法和提供客觀依據(jù)。方法:將符合納入標準的60例CSR患者,隨機分為熱敏灸組(治療組)30例和電針加TDP組(對照組)30例,每組治療前與兩個療程治療后進行疼痛評分、癥狀體征量化評分、肌電圖F波檢測和療效評定,并進行組間比較。結果:治療組有效率為92.86%,對照組有效率為88.89%。兩組治療后疼痛積分較治療前均明顯下降,癥狀體征積分較治療前均明顯升高,正中神經(jīng)與尺神經(jīng)的F波出現(xiàn)率和傳導速度均較前提高,所有指標均較治療前有顯著性差異(P0.01),且治療組對疼痛、癥狀體征和肌電圖F波的總體改善程度明顯高于對照組(P0.05)。結論:兩組治療均可改善患者的疼痛和臨床癥狀,均可促進CSR患者受損神經(jīng)的修復,且熱敏灸組臨床療效及對疼痛和肌電圖F波的改善方面均優(yōu)于對照組。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the clinical effect of thermosensitive moxibustion on cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type and its effect on F wave of electromyography, and to compare it with electroacupuncture plus TDP therapy. Therefore, it can provide more effective treatment and objective basis for the treatment of cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type by acupuncture and moxibustion. Methods: sixty patients with CSR were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and electroacupuncture plus TDP group (n = 30). The F wave of electromyography was detected and the curative effect was evaluated and compared between groups. Results: the effective rate was 92.86 in the treatment group and 88.89 in the control group. After treatment, the pain score was significantly decreased, the symptom and sign scores were significantly increased, and the F wave appearance rate and conduction velocity of median nerve and ulnar nerve were increased. All the indexes were significantly different from those before treatment (P 0.01), and the overall improvement of pain, symptoms and signs and F wave of electromyogram in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: both groups can improve the pain and clinical symptoms of patients, can promote the repair of injured nerves in CSR patients, and the curative effect of heat sensitive moxibustion group and the improvement of pain and F-wave of electromyogram are better than that of the control group.
