【摘要】：目的:觀察加味溫膽湯治療脾虛濕盛型痤瘡的的臨床療效及其有效的安全性。方法:本課題選取所有病例均來自于2015年12月～2017年5月在黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學附屬第二醫(yī)院內(nèi)分泌科門診診斷為痤瘡(脾虛濕盛型)的患者62例。隨機分2組,治療組31例,對照組31例,比例1:1。采用隨機對照的臨床實驗設計對照的方法,一組以溫膽湯加減治療脾虛濕盛型患者,另一組以丹參酮膠囊治療脾虛濕盛型患者,進行前后癥狀體征及綜合療效評分,評價痤瘡患者的臨床療效,并進行統(tǒng)計學處理。結(jié)果:1.皮損積分:治療前后患者皮損積分改善情況治療組優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05);2.中醫(yī)證候評分:兩組治療前后中醫(yī)證候評分均有差異,治療組差異較對照組大(P0.05);3.臨床療效:治療沮的總有效率為86%,對照組總有效率為60%,治療組總有效率高于對照組(P0.01);結(jié)論:加味溫膽湯在改善脾虛濕盛型痤瘡患者皮損及中醫(yī)證候方面優(yōu)于對照組,臨床療效顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiawei Wendan decoction in treating acne with spleen deficiency and dampness. Methods: from December 2015 to May 2017, 62 patients with acne (spleen deficiency and dampness) were selected from the Endocrinology Department of the second affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine. Two groups were randomly divided into treatment group (31 cases) and control group (31 cases) with a ratio of 1: 1. A randomized controlled clinical trial was used to treat the patients with spleen deficiency and dampness in one group with Wendan decoction and another group with tanshinone capsule to treat the patients with spleen deficiency and dampness. The symptoms and signs of the patients before and after treatment and the comprehensive curative effect were evaluated. The clinical efficacy of acne patients was evaluated and statistically analyzed. The result is 1: 1. Before and after treatment, the improvement of skin lesion score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P 0.05). TCM syndrome score: before and after treatment, there were differences in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups, and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was greater than that in the control group. Clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of treating Ju was 86g, the total effective rate of control group was 60 and the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group P0.01.Conclusion: Jiawei Wendan decoction is superior to the control group in improving the skin lesions and TCM syndromes of acne patients with spleen deficiency and dampness. The clinical effect is remarkable.
