【摘要】：從"痰"辨治腫瘤古已有之,"凡人身上中下有塊者,多屬痰",因此化痰散結(jié)法是臨床辨治腫瘤的一大治法。然而如何更為科學(xué)有效地應(yīng)用該治法,仍是當(dāng)今一大臨床課題。文章從理論、實(shí)驗(yàn)和臨床3個(gè)方面,對(duì)近3年運(yùn)用化痰法治療腫瘤的經(jīng)驗(yàn)做初步梳理,明確化痰法確有一定抗腫瘤作用,且能改善癥狀、提高生活質(zhì)量,延長患者生存期,但在抗瘤效用強(qiáng)弱、量效比、不良反應(yīng)等方面報(bào)道尚較少,今后需要加強(qiáng)對(duì)化痰藥的研究,促進(jìn)其在臨床上的科學(xué)合理施用,切實(shí)提高療效。
[Abstract]:"phlegm" differentiation and treatment of tumor has existed in ancient times, "there is a block in the body of mortals, most belong to phlegm", so resolving phlegm and dispersing the knot method is a major method of clinical differentiation and treatment of tumor. However, how to apply the treatment more scientifically and effectively is still a major clinical issue. In this paper, the experience of using phlegm removing method in the treatment of cancer in recent three years was preliminarily combed from the aspects of theory, experiment and clinic. It was clear that the phlegm removing method had certain anti-tumor effect, and could improve symptoms, improve life quality and prolong the survival time of patients. However, there are few reports on anti-tumor effect, dose-effect ratio, adverse reaction and so on. In the future, it is necessary to strengthen the research on expectorant drugs, to promote their scientific and rational application in clinical practice, and to effectively improve the curative effect.
