高效液相色譜法測(cè)定不同產(chǎn)地藏藥訶子中7種鞣質(zhì)類有效成分的含量

【摘要】:目的建立同時(shí)測(cè)定藏藥訶子中沒(méi)食子酸、訶子次酸、柯里拉京、沒(méi)食子酸乙酯、訶子鞣酸、鞣花酸和五沒(méi)食子酰葡萄糖的HPLC方法,測(cè)定不同產(chǎn)地訶子藥材中7種鞣質(zhì)類有效成分的含量。方法采用色譜柱為Hypersil ODS2 C_(18)(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm);流動(dòng)相為乙腈(A)-0.05%甲酸水(B),梯度洗脫,紫外檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)為290 nm;流速1 m L·min~(-1)。結(jié)果 7種有效成分線性關(guān)系良好(r0.999 8),加樣回收率為95.2%~98.4%;8個(gè)產(chǎn)地不同品種的訶子中均含該7個(gè)被測(cè)成分,但含量差異大,其中訶子品種中海南、廣西、廣東和新疆幾個(gè)產(chǎn)地的7種鞣質(zhì)類有效成分的總含量較高;絨毛訶子品種中廣東和廣西兩個(gè)產(chǎn)地的7種鞣質(zhì)類有效成分的總含量較高。結(jié)論該方法快速簡(jiǎn)便,分離效果好,重復(fù)性好,可為訶子的質(zhì)量控制提供重要參考。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of Gallic acid, chebulopyranic acid, Coriragin, ethyl gallate, xanthogalic acid, tannic acid and pentagnol glucose in the Tibetan medicine chebula. The contents of seven tannins were determined. Methods the chromatographic column was adopted as Hypersil ODS2 C _ (18) C _ (18) O _ (4.6) mm 脳 250 mm ~ (5) 渭 m 路m ~ (-1), the mobile phase was acetonitrile (A) -0.05% formic acid water (B _ (1), gradient elution, UV detection wavelength was 290nm, flow rate was 1 mL / min ~ (-1). Results the linear relationship of the seven active components was good, and the recovery rate was 95.20.98. 4%, the contents of 7 components were different in different varieties from 8 producing areas, among them, Hainan, Guangxi, the varieties of Fructus chebula were different, and the results showed that the content of the seven components was higher than that of the control group, but there was a significant difference in the content of the seven components. The total contents of seven kinds of tannins were higher in Guangdong and Xinjiang, and the total contents of seven kinds of tannins were higher in Guangdong and Guangxi. Conclusion the method is rapid, simple, effective and reproducible, and can provide important reference for the quality control of Fructus chebula.
